Who? What? Why? This sounds awesome but at bad the same time. You cant reform discord thats madness and not i the good, fun way.

it is very surprising to see a mane villian return in an non season premiere or finally. I cant wait its driving me to madness lol

Taking a break. Shows often have hiatuses like that. Seasons don't start with their first episode and then go every single week until the season is over, there's often several breaks.

I like that they are taking this risk.

Seriously I never saw this coming and I hardly doubt anyone else did.

When it was hinted that Discord might return, most people assumed it would be some huge event in the finale, but I think I like this better depending on how its handled.

They're completely doing this on purpose, too. Having the break before the return of the show's most esteemed villain is the ultimate cliffhanger to get fans psyched.

I feel kinda bad for Discord though, even if he did want to reform Fluttershy is the only one even willing to just give him a chance, I guess I understand why the other mane 5 would be like so but still..... And maybe that rainbow blast he received last time didn't only petrify him but maybe cleansed him a little too? I mean Celestia's blast from the elements didnt reform Luna, but the mane 6's blast did, so maybe its the same with discord? He was first trapped by Celestia and Luna but the second time around it was the mane 6 and so he has been changing? He is the element of chaos though and so I guess it would explain the longer time it took for him to consider reforming? Not to mention Luna had family who helped, Discord didn't have any extra pushes.

Still just hope all goes well though I fear it won't because I can't see how the creators will solve the discord reformed issues... Where would he live? Best place I could think of would be the Everfree forest where he couldn't cause too much trouble, but then again how much worse could he be than 200 pinkie pies? Nvm I guess it could go both ways
