| Personality: | Determined and Loyal, Ali will always complete any task given to her by friends or family, no matter what the cost. She dislikes pity and charity, and will turn almost hostile to anypony that tries to give her these things. Ali's main belief is that hard work will always pay off, no matter how long it waits to do so. One of the best ponies to make friends with, she will never leave your side. Even when the challenge may seem impossible, you can count on Ali to be there for you. |
| Backstory: | Raised on the road, Ali really didn't have a place to call home until she found Ponyville. She never knew her parents, for she was found on the side of a road by a caravan. Not even a year old, Ali stayed with the traveling merchant ponies until she was 10, then set off on her own, trying to find her parents. However, since she started her journey with little money, she was always scraping barrels and scrounging rivers for food and water. She came across Ponyville when she was 13, and has been there ever since. |
| Other: | Ali has stayed in Ponyville because of the Pegasus Races. She enters them in order to win money to help her on her travels. She has never come in first, but has many seconds and thirds. She was taken in by Derpy at the age of 14. Ali is constantly picked on for still being a "blank-flank" at such an old age, but her grit and determination pushes aside the snide remarks, and she never feels discouraged by them. For the "Seventh Element of Harmony" RP: Ali, now 27, was competing in the Pegasi races, as always. She didn't notice anything strange at first, but as she rounded the last turn of the track, she saw a mysterious figure standing at the edge of the Everfree Forest. The figure did not look in any way, shape, or form evil, but something about it seemed off. It stood in the shadows, so that only it's shape could be seen, but it's eyes were perfectly noticeable, even from this huge distance. All Ali could think was that the figure was looking straight at her, no, straight through her, and she felt slightly colder. She shook the image of the thing out of her head, and finished the race, in first. She gladly took her spot on the winning pedestal, as the crowds around her cheered exuberantly. The prize money she received would go straight to the charities scattered in and around Ponyville, as it had done since she got her cutie mark 8 years previously. She stayed at the track for a couple minutes, giving and receiving praises, but when the crowds died down, she flew off to the Everfree Forest in search of the figure she had seen. Appearance: She has let her hair grow out some, and takes a more care free attitude on life, but still has strong determination towards the things she does.  Her cutie mark: It is the symbol of helping hands, and appeared when she gave her prize money to a needy family living on the streets. Ever since then, she has been determined to do all she can to help those in need.  |
