| Cutie Mark: | Solarwinds Cutie mark is a golden windmill wheel. It shows that he goes wherever the wind takes him and doesnt like to move unless given a slight push. It also symbolizes his love to build things. He has crafted machines that range from a food dispenser, to a weaponized party cannon. He is highly sought after for his engineering skills. |
| Personality: | SolarWind is a bit of a shirker prefering to procrastinate other than do the work early. He loves to hang out with friends and to sit back and relax. Because of this ponies are drawn to him because he is so calm and nearly impossible to piss off. |
| Backstory: | SolarWind was born into a royal family. Being royalty he was trained by Celestia herself. Celestia had many pupils (including Twilight) but she always said Solarwind was very impressive. He could build machines from things like alarm clocks, phones, and other smaller machines. He built toys, and thing-a-majigs and other odd items. However he was extremely lazy. He hated work and preffered to lay around and nap over anything else. He did classwork in a hurry and than slept through the rest of the day even as a young colt. This irked Celestia because she was such an uptight prissy kind of pony. She would often make remarks like "Solarwind pick your head up!" And "Solarwind that pony is not a pillow stop sleeping on him!" And of course the dreaded. "Solarwind where is my clock?" He was a plague but he never actually broke any rules so Celestia couldn't expel him and get it over with. Eventually he graduated out of magic school and moved to Fillydelphia away from the royal family. He opened a shop and sold various untested bits of potentially dangerous machinery. His motto was, "If it hasn;t been invented yet, I'll make it better!" Ponies were shocked at his outstanding inventions. He was the genius behind the "Super speedy cider squeezy 6000" (The first 5999 were total failures. Each one resulting in mild, to major injuries. And in total almost destroying the city.) But he pressed on and finished the invention! Then he sold it to those idiots and they messed it up... Idiots. Solarwind also helps Pinkie maintain her cannon, and helps Cloudsdale very often with repairing their weather factories. He is still incredibly lazy and will put off work for as long as possible. Sadly the ponies have no other incredible engineers to build them insanely dangerous, and untested bits of machine so they still hire this shirker to do it for them... Idiots. |
| Other: | -Solarwind and Twilight knew eachoter in magic academy. They didnt speak alot but sometimes the would get into a conversation. -Solarwind once slept all day and awoke at 9:00 pm. It threw off his sleep schedule and for three months he couldnt go to bed at night. -Solarwind has a secret crush on the element of kindness. He had met her at the summer sun celebration and ever since had wanted to meet her again. -Luna is one of his best friends. -He lives in Fillydelphia with his pet spider monkey "Wrenches" This monkey is his personal assistant and partner in the building industry. -He is closely related to the sun and every one of his inventions is Solar powered. -He has built weapons to use against the changeling army, and other wars equestria has fought in. His entire family is of royals except his grandfather who is an eccentric genius just like him, with a mild explosives fetish... Ignore that last part. |
