The Order

In a time long before Celestia, Luna, and the elements of harmony; before Discord and King Sombra. An order of 9 watched over the land of Equestria. The order was responsible for keeping peace and harmony. Each pony in the order controlled an element of Equestria and maintain it, making sure the world worked smoothly. The elements were:

Time
Light
Dark

Rain
Wind
Snow

Flora (plants)
Fauna (animals)
Sea

The order worked peacefully but every few years, somepony or something would try and disrupt the order's work and cause chaos. When that happened, the order would leave their home to end the chaos through any means necessary. Each member would deal with the problem in their own way. Either through diplomatic means or spilling blood.

Each member of the order would work together:
The guardian of Time would work with the guardians of light and dark to create day and night.

The guardian of the Sea would work with the guardians of Flora and Fauna to create the food chains within the oceans.

The guardians of Light, Rain, and Sea would work together to create the clouds.






 

The Plot of the RP

You are a member of "The Order of Harmony". You are tasked to keep order and harmony in the land of Equestria. You will face many challenges, ponies with greed and evil in their hearts will try to cause chaos within the order. It will be up to you to decide how you will try and solve these problems and stop the chaos, whether you try to talk them out of do it, or you spill their blood and end it all together. You will need to work with your peers to protect the land. The fate of Equestria is in your hooves, don't let it down.






 

Rules of the Order

  • Do not harm innocent civilians
  • Do not steal from civilians
  • Do not cause chaos of any kind
  • No harming other guardians outside a duel
  • You can not marry

RP rules

  • Follow all Forums Rules
  • Keep it PG-13
  • No Alicorns, The members of the order consisted of 3 unicorns, 3 Pegasi, and 3 Earth Ponies
  • Try not to post (filler) allot, once or twice is okay but having filler on every post is too much.
  • Try and stay somewhat active... You don't have to post everyday, just try to post once a week maybe. If posting will become slow because of some reason, inform us about it.

(species is not needed because of the the fact that each of the guardians need to be a specific species)

Age: 1,352 Yrs old

Weapon (if they use one): A large great sword that is said to be sharp enough to cut through the fabric of time (that is a myth, the truth is that it can only cut through a sturdy stone wall and still cut the pony on the other side in half.)

Himself:
He has a white coat with a light blue mane and tail. His eyes are a ruby red and he has multiple scars on his face.
Armor:
He wears steel plated armor that is covered in scratches and cuts from blades. Each plate has a golden trim and on his chest is the crest of his family, a sundial. On his back is a large sheath for his sword.

Personality: Very Serious, He doesn't have that much of a sense of humor.

Notes:
After Celestia and Luna took the throne, he was forgot and his memory and what he had done was lost in time. Even though the order doesn't have a real leader, he is the one that keeps the peace.

Personality: Gear is clever, he will use anything around him to win a battle, or try to think his way out.

Name: Bitter Frost

Element: Guardian of Snow

Age: 1800ish

Gender: Male

Equipment: Lots of furs and cloths that protect his body. A 6 sided lamp with a light blue flame and slightly milky glass, that hovers next to him.

Appearance: An ancient Pegasi with iron colored fur and marble colored mane. The mane is extremely long and forms a kind of beard around his head that reaches nearly down to his hooves. His tail is in a constant, untidy braid. His wings are slightly larger than regular wings, but seem very frail and dirty. His cutiemark is a double layered snowflake.

Personality: His age is much more present on his personality than on other ponies. He reacts slow and is kind of comfortable with everything. He could be described as a gentle giant. He is hard to anger and does everything in small steps and his own pace. Once angered, he looses control over his skills, which can have severe consequences. 

Notes: The main source of his power is the Evercold Flame inside the lamp. It can absorb heat in a large radius. However, only he seems to have mastered it, for the flame would suck heat until everything turns into unmovable mass.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have life and death instead of light and dark. They don't seem to have as much weight to them.

I don't know why I decided on light and dark

I think it was because you can't really control life or death

Okay that's totally different from light and dark, I mean the moon still gives off light during the evening (just a little) still does. It just seems that day and night doesn't have any power really, compared to life and death.

Personality: Lighting Blast is a quiet and strong pegasus mare which is unusual with ponies with a talent of creating huge storms. She does not like to fight other ponies, only if they mean to harm her or her friends. She can be nice at times and cold at other times. It takes a long time for her to open up to someone she just met but once she's comfortable with you hanging with her, she'll be the nicest and probably most serious pony you'll meet.

Okay let me try to explain this Better:

 

The order's job is to preserve harmony in the world and stop those that seek to cause chaos. They can not control life or death, because everytime somepony gets murdered or killed by unnatural causes they would have to go and do something about it.

 

Also Flora and Fauna are basically Life split into two elements.
