Squidward and Trixie

I think that they're both rather full of themselves, but Squidward has given up on the idea that anyone will ever "appreciate" his "genius", while Trixie shows off because she still believes that people will see her greatness.

I almost threw up when I thought this was going to be a "shipping" post...  :c

Squidward has less confidence and drive than Trixie and Trixie comes closer to success than does Squidward. (with the exception of his success in the "Band Geeks" episode)  A big part of squidward's character revolves around the fact that he is consistently dealing with Spongebob and Patrick's annoyances, and I just can't quite relate that to Trixie in any way.  I also feel like Trixie will "try harder" to gain power and success than will Squidward.

Squidward went from the biggest jerk to the most sympathetic character over the years.

Spongebob and Patrick especially have become insensitive a-holes and Mr. Krabs has become more greedy and corrupt than EA Games.

To me Squidward is the most lovable jerk of them all.  I feel so bad for him.   His neighbors will never let him have the life he wants.   :okiedokielokie:

Only difference is that Squidward's likeable

The only similarities I can find between the two are that they both think they're good at everything when they're both pretty awful(in Trixie's case though she's basically a fraud, whereas Squidward just sucks at everything)

But both Trixie and Rigby are immature assholes who do dumb things to look cool. They also like to move the blame on others.

I don't really find Trixie immature, plus isn't impressing people her job (what she does for a living)? Edited by Blobulle
