Fast? Holla holla get distance. My best 5k time is about 21 minutes, and my best mile time is somewhere around 7 minutes. Not all that great, but hey, I don't like running. I run cross country for the great people on my school's team, most of whom also dislike running coincidentally.

I've been clocked at 88 MPH. I have to be very careful. If I get struck by lightening while doing it, you're gonna see some serious shit!

I ran the mile in about 7:45 in 7th grade. I'm not good at running long distances, but I'd say I'm decently quick in sprints. I have no idea about specific times though.

Well when I was in high school I won the 100m dash two years running, so...maybe a LITTLE above the average speed? I need to find a good way to test this out, anyone know how to measure your running speed?
