I really like rainbow Dash's mane, and I like how pinkie pie is just compleatly pink. Basically I love how colorful all the ponies are. Plus, Rainbow's wings are just awesome.

I pretty much like most of their designs and features. Although my favourite in terms of design is Rarity, with Applejack and Flutershy coming a close second. I really like her sleekness as one person commented, and her mane. Her colours are simply gorgeous and graceful, truly showing off her personality. And her cutie mark is fabulous. I love gems and jewels. Lastly, there's the shape of her eyes. It's a very unique eye shape with lots of eyelashes and I personally find its excessive femininity appealing.

Applejack's colour scheme is on the subtle side, and most realistically could be the colour scheme of an actual horse. I adore it. I love her orangeish coat and blonde mane. Especially her ponytails and the way it's styled. Then there's the brownness of the hat, which fits very nicely with the colours. And the green of the eyes. Oh and her cutie mark. I like the bits of red here and there.

Fluttershy has the most beautiful mane out of the entire mane six, I think. It just flows endlessly and is so long. Her colours are very pastel and pleasant to the eye. A calming and soothing effect. It matches nicely with her gentle-looking cutie mark.

Oh and I like Pinkie Pie as well. Mostly her mane as it is curly and messy and makes me think of my hair. But I enjoy the contrast of the blue of her eyes and the varying tones of pink. Along with the colours of her cutie mark, blues and yellows fit in nicely with a party atmosphere.

Rainbow Dash is obviously the most colourful, and has one of the best colour schemes. But other than that, I don't really find much about her design notable. I think her mane's sort of generic in terms of shape. I guess the cutie mark is awesome though.

Twilight Sparkle's design I don't really like at all. I dislike the shape of her mane, and her colours don't appeal to me. The only thing I like about her is her sparkly pretty-looking cutie mark.

I guess that's my two cents.
