I'm hyped, Rainbow rocks is gonna be great.

 

Noticed Adagio swaying her hips at one point, just like in the song preview, that girl just likes doing that. Also, dat smirk, I love the animation, the faces in particular.

Dude, Celestia's a jerk. So she just dumped the Sassy Sirens in some other world so whoever receives them can deal with it, regardless of whether or not they can handle magic? Why not just throw them Tartarus?

I just don't really seem to be all that hyped.
Normally when new MLP content comes out I'm buzzing. (When I saw that there was a clip from Season 5 I just shouted YYYEEESS!)
But this just doesn't really make an impact on me. Meh. I'll watch the film anyway, if it is any good, I will take all this back, but to be honest I wasn't overly impressed with the first one.

Lets see how it goes though.

This is all well and good but I really just want an actual PONY movie not these human films. Half the reason the characters are so lovable is because they're cuddly adorable ponies. When they're regular people like us it takes away some of the magic, in my opinion. At the end of EqG when it returns to Equestria I hadn't realized how much I had missed the pony versions of the characters. It was such a relief.

 

Imagine if they made a big, epic movie where all the action happens in Equestria - it would be like the two-part season premieres/finales, except they would have time to stretch out the plot instead of cramming all the development into 40 minutes. Those two-part episodes are good but the ending is almost always rushed... with a full length film they don't need to do that.

 

Just my two cents.

It may very well do that like ST:NG did.  when the show stopped, the movies began (and the show was better than most or all of the movies)
