What does it mean when someone approves of my topic?

This is actually an error with IB Board. When a user is in the mod queue (used when members have an extensive history of making off-topic posts, abusive behavior, etc.) and he or she replies to your topic, you'll get a notification if the post is approved by a moderator.

 

You haven't done nothing wrong.Is just a little bug.

This is actually a glitch with the moderator queue. When a person on the moderator queue posts in your topic, and the post is approved by the moderator, you get a notification similar to the one you got. 

 

You haven't done anything wrong, and there's nothing to worry about.

so when i post I get the approval of a topic by a mod, like this comment?

You also get those notifications when your post is approved in the Q&A section.
