I first bought it during the alpha release, and I've been playing it on and off ever since. I think it made huge improvements over Arma 2, especially regarding infantry movement, which feels so much more flexible and fluid now, which also makes me feel more 'tactical', especially in urban environments. ~2. Skyrim This was one of the first PC games I bought, during my transition from console peasantry to the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race in 2011-2012 ... At first, I wasn't quite hooked ... until Dawnguard came around, then suddenly, everything changed. As surprising as it may sound, I actually gained a social life because of that, since it inspired me to join a Skyrim forum. To this day, this game still keeps me coming back for more. And I also love these games as well (in no particular order, other than the order in which they came to mind): ~3. Arma 2 ~4. Hitman: Absolution ~5. Kerbal Space Program ~6. Ardhacandra 133 August 21, 2014 Share August 21, 2014 1) Edna and Harvey (both games): The gameplay isn't anything special (point and click) and some would actually argue that it isn't a game at all, however the story more than makes up for its lack of gameplay. There have been few characters who I felt so attached to as to Edna. 2) Shadowrun returns (Deluxe): This game made me VERY interested in the shadowrun franchise. Everything is just right in this game! The gameplay is deep and highly tactical, while at the same time it is easy to understand. The classes are cool, and they even react to the environment in different ways. The characters are some of the most in depth characters I've seen, even the npc's, and the story (and especially the way it is implemented) is gorgious, especially in the second campaign. The only flaw I can find, really, is that it is rather short... HOWEVER! They make up for it by releasing new campaigns. I'm not entirely sure if they will add a second campaign, but I think they will do. 3) Dishonored: Awesome gameplay, great story and a beautifull environment. I love stealth =3 That's my top 3 atm. HONORABLE MENTIONS: GTA: San Andreas GTA III Treasure Planet Red Dead Redemption Fallout 3 TOO MANY TO LIST, MAN. Ah this is difficult. In no particular order: 1. Mass Effect franchise( 2 is my personal favorite) 2. Fallout 3/NV 3. Skyrim 4.Alan Wake 5. Bioshock Infinite 6. Assassins Creed 2/Brotherhood 7.Dishonoured 8.Batman Arkham Asylum/City Alan Wake is an amazing game! After all... But there are others that come really close like Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6. But also Ocarina of Time, Perfect Dark, Goldeneye, Star Fox 64, Super Mario 64... you know, I could list hundreds of console and PC games that I really like.
