(Suggestion) A "report" option on status updates.

This possibly may not strike as a concern, but I think it would be a very easy feature to add onto the forums.  

Next to the Delete and Lock option, we could have a Report option. It would be a lot easier, possibly on Mods and users who may find a certain update uncalled for or goes against policy. 

Edit: It also saves trouble more than regular status reporting. Member don't have to surf through their updates to obtain a link, and it will be done in a snap.

This is good. I would be down for something like this, although I must say I have never really seen the status being abused.

Well,it would be a good idea,but both Admis and Mods has stated on the past that Status Updates's configuation and options on IPS.Board are nearly unmovable.

That means that making changes on them is nearly impossible.

 

Another idea that would be possible would add an option on the "Report User" button who were directed towards a status update(facilited via the user who wants to report the status)

If it's a simple flick of a switch, then sure. Otherwise it isn't worth trying to work around since you can just click their profile and then click "Report User".

This is the issue. For arcane reasons beyond my understanding, status updates are one of the most difficult aspects of an IP.Board forum to alter. 

 

I'd support this suggestion if it were technically feasible, but in light of that fact I'm just not sure if it is at this point in time.
