When I make a responce topic on my PC the forum won't let me move the curser any place other then the beginning of the sentence. Once there, I can't move to the end. My PC loads the whole site ultra slow, and until I find a comment to respond too I can't test the tablet.

This sounds more like a PC issue.  Gonna walk you through it to see if its either the PC or the forum, itself.  However, let's start off a little easier:

1. Use another web browser
2. Leave the "slow" one open, and log onto the forums, using another web browser.
3. If the new one opens faster, than its the previous one you were using.
4. If they are both slow, look below

If the web browsers are slow, that maybe a PC problem, so proceed with this:

1. Do you have a second PC or Laptop
2. If you do, leave the first affected PC on, then log in to the forums on the other PC.
3. Take a stop watch and time the processes.  
4. If the time goes over 1 min, PM me and I'll work with you from there.

It appears to be my PC or the browser. The tablet types fine. But make that a note for windows xp on Mozilla.
