Uhh... My Pinkie Pie toy is starting to have a silver mane

I just recently rearranged my MLP collectibles due to a loss of space and for some reason, my Pinkie Pie toy just recently started to lose her mane's colour and I'm just wondering if this is something I should worry about at all and what I can do to prevent this from happening. I nearly forgot to mention, I haven't removed this items packaging at all.

Huh that is odd. Is the package itself air tight? Because the dye in the false hair could be oxidizing depending on what they used to make the dye.

Then it could just be whatever cheap dye hasbro uses in their false hair wearing off/oxidising.
