I took your advice on looking at a photo and drawing.  I used a combination of multiple photos of the mane 6 to create cotton candy.

I love them! Cute and simple My critique is that the legs are a bit off, same with there backs, but beside those, there awesome

Thanks, I really appreciate this constructive criticism. That way I can know what to do to improve. By the way, your profile picture is a little bit creepy, in a good way, even though I might not be able to look at Fluttershy the same ever again.
