Nightmare Moon re-designed(Portrait)

hi guys,

 

just wanted to share a new drawing i made with all of you^^

not sure if it actually looks like nightmare moon, since i get kind of creative with that most of the time

 

 

I tried a different approach, a more controlled Gamut,less overcast and more direct light!

 

Let me know what you think about it^^

thanks . thought not really sure what you mean with "Pigtail mane"

I mainly call it a pigtail even if its one pigtail but I still love it anyway

The shading is amazing, her mane is amazing, everything about her is incredible!

I like the expresstion she has, a sly evil smile

in knowing shes already won the war!  The mane

is just WOW and the little effects of the deeper shading

brings it out more...

this makes me want to go back into drawing again its been so long I bet I'm just completely out of touch (though I've still be artistic just in different ways)
