planning Ponyville/Canterlot (etc.) Halloween Event RP? Hm!

I know someone has come up with some thing like this, however, it'd  be some place in Canterlot or something. (Where ever people decide.) It'd just be like a day out on town- Or some event going on that happens year round. (Like Halloween, being it is near Halloween.) However, it wouldn't have very many- or no canon characters. All OCs. It'd also be not very crazy and whacky like "Mystical Adventures" it'd just be a Halloween event open to anyone who wishes to join!

May I enter Freezia? She'll be dressed as the Snow Queen. And may I suggest an Adventure/Magical RP? Like they meet somewhere (at a town party or something) by accident, and are forced to work together to defeat...something.
