music An Album Idea I Have

Ok, so before I explain this I am going to explain something else. There is a genre called Stoner Rock (bear with me here). This genre does not talk about drugs or anything like that, it is called that because it is like taking psychedelic rock and making it harder mix with a little bit of heavy metal. The artists I recommend are Kyuss (Kai-uss), Truckfighters, Orange Goblin and a slightly obscure one called Neon Warship. The cool part is that each one sounds different from each other.

So now to the album part. I am going to put this ina list I have on a tex document:

(Let me know what you think)

Album Title: Cosomonautical, 1971

Genre: Stoner Rock

Concept Album: Yes

About: A group of Russian Astronauts (Cosmonaut is the correct term, thus it is used for this reason) who gets sent to Mars, but is never mentioned to the public, and discovers aliens and other creatures and go on an exploration

Style: Mostly instrumental. When there are lyrics, make sure they tell the story but refrain from being blunt. Also refrain from being sterotypical
[Main characters are "average joes" who are actually "special" (These guys aren't special or average. They have talents and things they know and can do, but aren't special or average.), main characters are heros, there is a fight between "good" and evil" one thing helps start the whole story (Things go wrong, etc.), one thing at the end changes everything, etc.]

This is an idea I am hoping on working on with someone else in the future......if I can find a guitarist that can also play a piano and a bassist who can also play guitar

I've played the bass guitar before, but I'm a beginner and I'm not that great; and I have no idea how to play the guitar, so um...yeah. :P

Good luck though! :)
