A food you cannot eat anymore

Has there ever been any foods that you used to be able to eat and eat and nothing has ever happened, but now you just cannot eat it at all, like absolutely anymore?

 

 

 

Just recently, I have not been able to eat any kinds of Chilli. I love Chilli, and always have my whole life, anymore whenever I eat any Chilli, I get a stomach ache from hell. :/ Kind of depressing, because I LOVE Chilli and love the taste. Now whenever my mom makes it, she has to make a whole other thing for me. I dunno, I just get these HORRIBLE stomach aches that i either throw up from or about throw up. Sometimes it even makes me stomach sting too.  :o

I used to be able to eat cauliflower. Now I think it tastes horrible.

 

I also used to be able to eat ice cream, but I now think it's very disgusting. It's too cold, it's too sweet, it's too sticky and it melts fast. D:

I'm lactose intolerant, so pretty much anything with milk in it, except for yogurt and some cheeses.

 

I can still eat these things, you just don't want to know what happens if I do.

Cake. I used to absolutely love cake. But now, it's sweetness makes me sick. It's not a sickness/disease or anything if the sort. There's just something in me that makes me want to vomit each time I eat cake, or pie, or the sorts. It just makes me sick. But, I love cake... And that's the reason I usually vomit.

I used to love eating shrimp and lobster. I don't eat it anymore because I look at that stuff as being poison. Why? Because it appears that I had developed an allergy to shellfish. It's a possibility that I would still be eating that stuff, but because of that allergy, I don't.

The only thing like this I have experienced is a couple of things I tried, thought I loved, and then after a little while decided I hated.  My mom and I tried these things, I don't even know what you call em.  They were these Mexican style, um, like breaded pocket sandwich things.  I can't even really describe them that well.  You bake em, and there's several varieties with different filling.  We absolutely loved them and thought they were the greatest thing ever, then after a couple of weeks, we both decided they were downright nausiating.  It was funny, too, because we each decided that independently.  We didn't know the other felt that way.  Each of us just thought, "Why did I think I liked this?  It's disgusting."  It's weird how some food is like that.

 

For the most part, though, my pallet has broadened as I've aged.

Cheese.

 

I used to love cheese when I was a kid. Grilled cheese, string cheese, just a slice of cheese, ect.

 

Now I hate cheese. Can't stand the smell, can't stand the taste. It makes me wanna hurl just looking at it. If even one shred of cheese touches my plate my food is going in the trash.

I can't eat cereal anymore, not because of the taste (I love many kinds of cereal), but because it gives me a stomachache. >.< I used to eat it for lunch at work, until I realized just what it was doing to me. Such a shame because it was good and didn't require using the microwave... But I can't stand stomachaches, especially since they'd always hit me while at work.

 

There's also pizza, which I can still eat, but not like I could when I was young. When I was young I could probably eat an entire pizza if I didn't have to share. Now my limit is right at three pieces. Then I just find it gross.

it sounds to me like you have acid reflux which means you can't eat any spicy foods, but if you love chili i suggest a tums after you eat it or try chili with something sweet like putting brown sugar in chili, i heard that helps too. Overall i used to be a roast eater but as time went on i stopped liking the taste of meat and gravy so i refuse to have any gravy because i hate that meat taste unless its covered by something else like sweet or cheese

Well, I inherited Coelic's Disease from my mothers side of my family (Quite recently too) and now can't have anything with wheat in (A lot of things) so, bread, pizza, pie, most crisps, cake, cookies, muffins, sugarpaper (It IS a food), pasta, most junk food, some ice creams and most things with a thick sauce like gravy or bolognse sauce.

So yeah lots of stuff and Gluten free stuff is like 4x the price of normal stuff. :'(

If we can count drinks, then I can't drink Bawls Energy Drink anymore.  The last time I did (which was about a decade ago, now), I caught a virus and threw up three times in one night.  I can't even look at the stuff anymore without getting sick.  Also, Bacardi 151, but that's a totally inappropriate story...

Strangely enough, corn. I used to love corn, ate it with so many meals but for some reason I hate it now. It isn't even the taste, it is the feel and texture to it that I cannot stand. It is really hard for me to swallow corn because of that. I know, weird.

Stuffing. You know, the kind made for Thanksgiving. :P

 

For a short time I enjoyed it as a kid. It was in fact one of my favorite things to eat. Then without warning it made me throw up. It's possible I was sick at the time. But even if it's just psychological, just the odor of stuffing makes me gag now if it's strong enough. :derp:

For Op just chug warm-hot water every morning

You will hate it at first but I did it

No acid reflux!
