First of all: Sorry if it is the wrong place to put this topic. I don't know what is the right place to put, but whatever.

In some topics, that is written something about "OCs". What is an OC?

And the Roleplays? What it means?

I will report this topic as soon as I get the answer, so no worries.

OC = Original character, usually used as a fanfic or roleplay term to mean a non-canon character made up by the author or roleplayer.
Mostly either a from of the creator themselves, or someone else they made up and are usually beautiful and/or powerful.

Roleplay = To act and speak as if you are the character you're portraying. To roleplay is as much about what not to say as what TO say. It means to keep your speech in the context of the setting in which your character (or avatar) exists. Context can be defined as both time and place.

An OC, is short for "original character". Its a character that someone has created on their own. Roleplay is a sort of game where one uses either an OC or canon character to play out a story or series of events. Its a bit like playing an open world, adventure video game, only through text based controls, lol.

So an OC is like an artificial personality of a pony you created, and a Roleplay is like a theater?

Yeah, pretty much. An OC doesn't neccesarily need to be a pony, but I think you get the point. However, a roleplay, or "RP" isn't like a theatre. It's more of a video game that you can't visually see. Whenever a problem or event arises that your character must solve/overcome, it's up to you, and your OC's character, how to react to such a thing. It's a bit like...Skyrim, or Fallout, you know? It's a text based game, where the outcone is decided by you.
