request Need help with an oc!

Yo! I posted this in a new thread cuz its a weird request. I don't have an oc and I can't draw for shiz so I was wondering if anyone would bring me an oc to life if I said what I roughly want it to look like. I don't want anything fancy just a simple picture of a pony if anyone could do this it would be much appreciated and I would worship you as I do pinkie!

 

Here is what I want it to look like:

- I don't mind if it's stallion or mare

- Pegasus

- blue eyes

- White body

- A blue mane and tail with small parts of red

- I would like the mane long and spiked back

- For the cutie mark put a CD

 

I think that's all I need to say. Once again it would be very much appreciated I will repay you tenfold in the next life!
