If a voice actor read your fanfiction

Imagine for a minute, that you're at a Con or something, and you see one of the voice actors having some downtime, and you see them on FIMFiction reading a fanfic. But not just any fanfic, it's one of YOURS. How would you react to seeing a voice actor reading one of your fanfictions, and enjoying it?

That'd be awesome! I'd ask them if they liked it, thank them for their inspiration, and tell them that I wouldn't have been able to write those characters without the voice they provided in my head.

I would be shocked that a voice actor (say Tara Strong) would pay attention to such horrible, and really unknown fan fiction writer like me.

 

And they would probably ask me why do I write so much human x pony romance. XD

Here's how it would go down for me. *sees Peter and Andrew* Me: Oh, hey what are you reading? *looks at the screen* "Crystal Clear Bonds". Peter: It's just getting started, but it's really got potential! Me: ......*cue squee that instantly disintegrates every window in a 1000 mile radius*

Just sitting down silent reading it? I probably wouldn't notice. 

 

Voicing & acting it out. Well I'd have a variety of reactions.

 

If it were my fanfic about AJ being a telepath, well I'd laugh at a few of the interactions done by Ashleigh Ball after reading everypony's mind, especially Pinkie's.

 

Or in aseperate fic, to hear Tara Strong speaking as Twilight on the verge of tears whispering to a "sleeping" Applejack how she loves AJ too and that she's sorry she couldn't just say it when AJ confessed, but that they can't be together because of the horrible truth: that Twilight didn't survive her battle with Tirek, that AJ confessed her feelings to a walking corpse. I'd be on the verge of tears. 

 

Or even hearing Tabetha St.Germane as Minty, leading a charge of her fellow ponies into battle against the newborn cutie abominations 300 style. I'd feel like charging into battle myself.  Or as Rarity, Partaking in fight clubs to save her boutique. I'd feel in awe. 

 

Or having Ashleigh, Britt Mckillip, Chiara Zanni and other fannon VAs voice my fanfic about a bunch of ponies forming a secret heavy metal club.  

 

All in all, the emotions would be positive ones.

If it were Ashleigh Ball reading a fic of mine...I'd wonder how she would  feel reading about a fic where I ship characters she voices. Although really, I think the VAs do consider the characters as separate entities from theselves and as such they'd probably not be too weirded out by it.
