Dee Dee was such an ass. Though shamefully I'll admit I found that weird incredibly out of place anime villain quite attractive. To put it simply, the last season or so for me was really hit and miss. Though as a few comments said(though it does not excuse the out of nowhere anime villains existence very well)Craig McCracken was an anime fan,(which makes enters complaint of the show never having anything to do with anime a load of bull, seeing as there's giant robots that are like gundams, the original run of the shows final episode, the speed racer parody episode and plenty of others) and apparently the fleshy dragon thing is supposed to be a shout out I think Akira or something. To be honest the disturbing imagery was basically the only real problem. The villain out of nowhere was just 'what' material. The thick clear outlines that later got known as Flash Animation, but before Flash was a thing. I love it.
