I like them both really..but i have to go with the pony Rainbow Powers if i had to choose one, because Pinkie's mane is like in fucking puffball god-mode.

Gotta go with the HuMane Six. The Rainbow Power in Twilight's Kingdom has by far the most obnoxious color palette in the entire show. The characters are all pastel to make it a comfortable viewing experience. T'sK's RP is way too busy and hurts the eyes. The HuMane Six's Rainbow Power designs aren't that much better (Applejacks is easily the worst here), but they're more toned down and don't hurt the eyes as much.

Even if you only measured the real rainbow powuh'd Rainbow against all of the "humane six," I'd still vote pony.  I think even my RD plush's mane has a more appealing pseudo rainbowpowuh mode. xD

Twilight from Twilight's kingdom looks best to me. I thought these were so ugly when I first saw them but now I don't actually mind them. Except AJ's, shoulda been brown instead of pink.

Definitely the Humane 6. The only pony version I really liked was the Twilight Sparkle (she looks like an exotic bird!), and while the Humane 6 aren't perfect, they're better.

 

The hair on all the human versions is good as well as the base outfits (other than maybe AJ's and RD's). The tights are more problematic since not all of them really match well, but 3/6 is better than 1/6. Rarity and Pinkie's are just aesthetically appealing to me -- partially because I love those shades of blue and pink. Fluttershy has this wicked Halloween look about her. All around just nicer.

I have to say that I liked the look of the humane 6 more because the pony versions looked so weird to me. Particularly Rarity. I thought rainbowfied pony applejack looked pretty darn spectacular but the rest looked really odd. I like the look of the normal ponies so this was kinda unsettling. Besides the humane 6 looked pretty awesome but Twilight's dress was the best.

Some of the rainbow powered pony designs are nice, like Twilight and Pinkie. Others are downright awful, like Applejack and Fluttershy.

Definitely the Ponies.  I'm not a big fan of the whole Equestria Girls in general.  It was OK, but I'm into the ponies - so no contest for me.

Not going to lie, I didn't even like the pony power look so I guess I have to say the human. I just thought the power pony stuff was a little ott in a few things, but I can't say I like the human more because besides longer hair and tails (yes and ears, I know) nothing even changed.

Soooo I'll be with option C of neither, I liked the idea just not the look.

I liked the humane 6 version better. Honestly, the designs of the Rainbow Power ponies just didn't appeal to me at all. It was a moment where it was more obvious than usual that the show exists to promote toylines.

 

The humane 6 versions were much simpler and in my opinion better. Their hair got highlights on top of their 'usual' transformation, and I think that's a nice way to show they've powered up.

 

The overly complex designs of the pony versions just went over the top for me. Highlights in their manes would have been enough for me, really.

I prefer the Humane version of the Rainbow Power look. 

I really like how simple looking the ponies usually are, and they really don't need all that extra colour to make them look cute.

It just looks more normal on the Humane 6 to me.

Rainbow Dash looks like she's gone into some form of Super Saiyan, Pinkie's become the ultimate god-tier adorable puffy pony, I have no idea what long-haired now-kinda-blueish Fluttershy is supposed to be, Rarity's looks over the top, Applejack's looks cool, and Twilight's looks cool. As for the human six, it's just the same thing toned down.
