Secondly I made an OC pony and I have everything pretty much figured out except for his name so I was hoping somepony could help me come up with one.
So a brief overview
Age: about 26
Gender: male
species: unicorn
Appearance: dull green body with a lighter green mane. He's shorter than most ponies so some ponies will mistake him for a colt, although he's usually pretty chill about it. He always wears glasses and a watch. He has both a broken horn and a partially missing ear.
Cutie mark: a peace sign. He gained it after losing part of his horn in a scuffle and letting the whole incident go.
Personality: He's extremely laid back and extremely ready to listen. He doesn't talk too much, but when prompted or needed he is always ready to add his ideas to any situation. He's also known for being able to mediate a situation when everypony just needs to chillax. He is capable of getting angry, but that is rare and when he flips out he really flips out. Other than that he's known for enjoying a good party, but he really doesn't like to party that hard.
Backstory: When he was a colt he was tossed out of his house for getting involved with relaxant herbs; his parents were strict about that stuff and wouldn't compromise. For a while he made his living continuing to sell the herbs, but as he traveled he eventually started to take them as well to help alleviate some of the stress of setting out on his own. His growth got stunted as a result and eventually he encountered a group of ponies who decided to forcibly take the herbs away from him.
In the fight they knocked his head off of a rock and when he slipped a jagged edge cut away part of his ear. When he woke up his horn was broken and most of the old magic that he knew didn't work, he could still do basic levitation and stuff, but any actual spells were gone. For a while he dealt with the lack of herbs, but as the withdrawal subsided he decided that the conflict wasn't worth it and that he actually was thankful that they took the stuff away from him.
A while later he wandered on the group on the outskirts of ponyville arguing over the same bundle of herbs they took from him a couple days before. He tried to help the situation, but they were yelling so loud that he couldn't get a word in edgewise, so he tried a burst of magic and it turned out he did have some left. He could pacify situations by inducing states similar to minor doses of the herbs in ponies. With no hard feelings he mediated the situation and got them to agree on how much each of them should get.
After that he stayed on the outskirts of ponyville near the everfree forest and has started trying to make friends and a new life for himself there.
