I am an oldschool PC gamer, as the majority of the games I own are pretty old and are considered classics in each of their own specific genre.

Besides, the only two consoles I have ever owned were the original Xbox and the PS1.

I play a lot of Destiny and Halo and stuff on my xbox, but that's mostly about having fun with friends and messing with jerks who take the game too seriously. And although I'd argue that I'm starting to get to the point in Destiny where I'm successful and actually trying to better myself, doing Vault of Glass on hard and starting to catch up on Crota, I still consider myself a pretty casual gamer. Despite what my level 31 warlock and my two level 26s would have you know.

Now, PC's where I'm hardcore. I've got 1.3 thousand hours logged into my favorite Paradox Interactive game.

I"m trying to get into D&D now, but it doesn't really apply in any of the categories you have listed above. Tabletop and board games are a thing bro :P

I'm a bit of all 3. I used to play games on my PC a few years ago, I play a few mobile games like Candy Crush Saga, Sims City and the MLP Android game and I'm quite good with a Wii and Xbox 360 controller and possibly an NES controller (but I'm rubbish at first person shooter games).

I really rarely play on PC due to the fact that I have a very slow and old laptop. The only PC games I remember playing in my PC are Sims and Spore. My favorite console is the 3DS since it's the only console I buy games for at this moment. I also really love the Wii because of such games as Okami and Super Mario Galaxy. I grew up with the PS1 and 2. The games I play the most are Pokemon games. I rarely play more than 8 hours before restarting my game (even I am annoyed by that so...). I don't play on mobile, but I do like to play games like Candy Crush from time to time. Don't play on Xbox simply because I don't care. I guess that's it...

I don't even have a PC that can support major games, so I consider myself an amateur. I'm a little bit better with consoles, since there are some times I don't play COD for months, but I come back and dominate at the top of my team, ( either shows how good I am, or how bad my team is) so I would say i'm average. As for mobile gaming, i'm always on the go, so I enjoy playing my phone, 3DS, or PS Vita on the train, bus, or anywhere when i'm not home. I play my handhelds more than I play the Wii, or PS3, so I consider myself advanced.

The main platform I play my games on is the PC I would say I'm a pretty advanced PC gamer because of my competitive gaming history. I also play on console too and I would be average on it I'm rubbish on mobile games though

I never play mobile games, so that makes me ametuer. I'm average on consoles, but i do play competitively. And as for PC, i planning of getting into it, but i have to build my desktop first to meet the requirements of modern games.

I'm more of a Nintendo Gamer myself, as I play both my Wii U and 3DS almost daily, but I also own a relatively nice gaming PC and a PS4 :) I'm not really picky about what I play. I just want good games (I'm also a bit of a collector, though :P)

A gamer that will play anything...'cept the Ouya :P

Oh, THAT thing.

Average across all choices. Sometimes depending on the game, I can get into a sort of zone and be really good, but that depends on the game too. I am mostly pretty casual now though and as such, I would say average. I am bad at fighting games though I have realized, most fighting games. Consider me borked on those.

Despite being on console, I do consider myself a serious gamer. I say this because I absolutely crave serious games with great stories, gameplay and characters (e.g. The Last of Us, BioShock Infinite, Deus Ex: Human Revolutions, etc.) and I do spend most of my free time playing video games. I mostly play singleplayer games though. I used to play a lot of Battlefield 3 MP, but I haven't touched that game in a year. The only online game I play nowdays is Destiny.

Despite not owning a PC, I have played on PC a few time and I did pretty good. My aiming skills with the mouse wasn't bad and keyboard was a breeze to use. So yeah, I'd say I'm average when it comes to PC.

As for mobile games...... I don't even bother with those (unless playing the 3DS counts as mobile gaming)

..... PC, PC, PC, AND MORE PC!!! :D PC is my forte for sure, it's what I'm best at. In comparison, I used to play Battlefield 3 on PS3, did okay enough. Played on PC, destroyed everyone :3 I used to Console game a lot, but PC is better for me. Handhelds are for me Nintendo games nowadays, that's it... OOT, MM, Pokémon and Smash, that's it. Other than that I'm playing FPS and that's where a PC comes in hand :P

I'm not in any kind of modern gaming platform except when it comes to old-school. I don't have many consoles (just a GameCube and an original GBA) but I no longer play on these as much as I used to do.

I mostly play old games on the PC, some through emulation. Modern games don't convince me that much.
