Deep underground inside a laboratory, robots were built that were designed to help pony kind. They were all connected through a large supercomputer code named M.E.C.H that would control what they could do. Of course, creators of such things never factor in what could possibly go wrong. Before they could be introduced to the public, one of the androids became corrupted. The virus eventually spread to the rest of the androids, causing them to kill their creators and enter the world as violent, nearly unstoppable killing machines. All that is known of then is that if they catch you, you die. Your body, forced into an android chassis. You become one of them. No memories. No hope. Now, only a small number of ponies survive.

Specs for each android
Earth pony: Enhanced strength and battery life
Unicorn: Magnified sight and is able to use synthetic magic, but it is visible when active
Pegesus: Flight and extreme speed.

I really like the premise of this rp, though one question. What was the effect of the androids affected with the virus on Equestria and its cities? For example was Canterlot turned into a polluted manufacturing hub or a destroyed shell of what it once was?

I just outfitted my sig with IB's profile.

Trust me you'll need someone cool like me to fend off the hostiles. As hoof-to-hoof is one of IB's specialties, ice can instantly short-circut robots and/or smash 'em to bits (not money) while frozen. He's a perfect choice!

Race: Pegasus Cybrog

Age: about 19

Gender: Female

appearance: filly size. Has a long braided silver mane and tail. Has a mechanical pony for a cutiemark.

bbackground: Born a few years before the Android takeover, Aurora has had problems with her left forleg, right hind leg and wings. At age 5 she underwent an experimental surgery where her legs and wings were replaced with series alpha components. When the surgery was a success she had full functionality of her limbs abeit with inhanced flight and strength in the replaced limbs. Three months after the surgery the Androids awoke. When they started taking ponies Aurora hid for her life. To thus day she has been hiding. Now near the castle, she hears strange things and decides to investigate.

 

Personality: Normally friendly and out going. Now she is also very causious.
