OC's Dump Done Thread!

So I made my Prism Ponies,  been working on the colors/history/culture and a few things but I got my first ocs and I love em! This is after playing around with ideas/colors/hair/effects and such (drove me nuts at times...)  but my main three got out and now the  daughter of a pairing is going to kill me!  Meet Gem Sprite and Zapper and Sunflare! Feedback is love!

 

Going to make this a Dump Art thread/Graphics!

i use bases and differnet manes and tails and switch em up a lot/play with colors and styles/add in slight glow/soft effects and all done in Paint.net!  I've hand drawn manes and tails but can't seem to master it on the graphics program yet!  I need to get one of those pens you can use but thank!

Yah I think Sunflare and Gem Sprite are my favs to do but now so Wishvox and Fringe!  I got one more Zapper and her daughter Dream Shard in the works!

My graphics skill are growing,  but it took finding the programs that seem to fit me well to work given I use: Gimp/Paint.net mostly for the Prism Ponies I have made!  (me and ms paint are having a fight..)

I'll give you something that helped me drawing(basically the only thing I refered to) with GIMP.

 

Please, don't try to do everything on your own with GIMP. I'm currently learning how to use inkscape, it's more complicated, but drawing like that on GIMP takes for ages, really. However, if you only want to do the mane/tail like that, it's okay, and very simple, just do like he does.
