Probably Twilight considering her high level of intelligence, ability to learn & adapt to new situations, her ability to not react emotionally to (most) things, and the maturity to understand that while humans may fail on some levels, ponies aren't 100% innocent either.

 

Plus she has youth on her side, so she has years to gain experience in understanding our culture and not be bound by years of tradition & all.

First off: Not Celestia/Luna because they're needed as leaders in Equestria.

 

Now to use the process of elimination (These aren't my choice)

 

Twilight: While she probably would react the best to the human and her princess hood doesn't amount to anything at all aside from wings and a castle. Her curiosity might lead her to learn all of the things the human race has done/achieved. She would have experience with the anatomy of a human since EQG has happened. One thing though, Her curiosity may lead to her getting hurt or killed, like tampering with a car that's running for instance.

 

Fluttershy: Aside from her crippling case of I-don't-want-to-go-outside-and-meet-people-just-leave-me-aloneitis she might react well once she got more comfortable in her surroundings and she could help people/animals. Though people may try to take advantage of her as ponies have often done. For instance people may try to get her to do their bidding or to give thyem money or illegal substances such as drugs.

 

Rainbow Dash: She might be fascinated by the sports of the human race and try to compete which would draw way too much attention to herself.

 

I'm getting tired of these analysis type things of the characters so I'm gonna cut straight to the point:

Here's my question, is this temporary or permanent?

 

If permanent, Nopony. I couldn't do that, especially not to Twilight. She has a wonderful life with her family and friends, and i couldn't hurt her like that, just because I wanted to see her.

 

Now, if she can easily travel back and forth between our worlds, I would love to help her while she explores our world and to help answer any questions she may have, and hopefully I could see her own world.

 

Traveling the world with her would be a dream come true.
