I'm really excited about the new season finally!

 

I'm going to get cider and make these muffins:

 

3 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1/2 T vanilla

1 3/4 cups flour

1 cup sugar

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 T cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 apple grated

1/2 cup carrots grated

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup coconut

and I might even make...chimi-cherry-changas!

To be honest, I had forgotten that the new season started so soon! I can't wait to hear how the muffins turn out - I've never seen a muffin recipe with carrots, but that seems like it could really work.

 

I'm going to make some Mane 6 cocktail recipes for the occassion. It's been done before, but I really want to try it myself with some interesting liquers. I really like what I have so far with the Applejack, which is 2 parts Applejack (surprise), 1 part rye whiskey, 1 part Cointreau, and 4 dashes of grapefruit bitters.

 

What else is everyone doing to celebrate?

Yeah, I really don't see why this had to be moved. It IS relevant to the show.

 

I've made the muffins before. They're really good despite being full of lots of healthy stuff.  :okiedokielokie:

I'm ready I've been waiting 9 months for Season 5! I didn't wait 11 months because I saw the latest episode in July. So I didn't have to wait as long. The hiatus was so long that I got into this show after Season 4.

I am certainly ready for season 5! The hiatus was far too long, and now it's coming to a close! I will spend the Saturday morning snuggled up on the couch in my pj's with a blanket around me. Nothing too special.
