So, we have a new entry to the main line of the comics series! What are your thoughts in regards to this one?

Personally this kinda feels like a return to form for the comics, IMO. This one is easily among the best in the series; though it also really feels like a Friends Forever issues than a Main Series issue, but that could be a good thing.

It definitely has a more "Slice of Life" feel than the two previous arcs, and that is probably what was needed. :)

I may expand on my thoughts in the near future, but what about the rest of you?

A step up from the "huge adventures" from the last two arcs. Could've easily been a Rarity/Cheerilee FF though...not that I'm complaining. Either way it's still good and was tons of fun

Howdy all!

I picked up the comic days ago and its pretty good.

I liked the WWE references in the comic.

I was  when I read about Cherry & Cheerilee are sisters.

Rarity & the mane 6 helping the sisters make amends for their long spat over the years.

Well worth picking up. ;)

It took a little to get used to the art style of this issue but I think it looks cute. It was a nice heartfelt comic that tackled an issue many siblings have.

I'm also glad that it gave more personality to Cheerilee who we know from the show and the movie keeps up a slight facade in front of her students as not to trouble them (as what nearly all professionals do in the workplace). This is depicted by the rather funny moments when she covers up irritation with Twilight's ignorance of how computers work in EG1 and her slight annoyance with the CMC's prodding questions about why she doesn't have a special somepony in "Hearts and Hooves Day".

I really love this comic because I feel like the show can handle adventure stories better while the comics have the range to expand more on individual characters and relationships in ways we can't see in the show.

It does have the feel of a FF comic. When thinking about it, there's actually an interesting parallel b how both of the recent issues of each comic focus on character who has issues with another, go through a day in the shoes of the pony they have issues with, and then end up appreciating them even more, strengthening the bond between them. With how it's done in this comic, it's more heartfelt to me though because of the writing, a sibling relationship is being patched up, and the scenario.
