That was seen in "A Canterlot Wedding" episode: it's Queen Crysalis who pretended to be Princess Cadence and tricked/cheated on Shining Armor. This isn't a honorship, and it's because that went wrong with dramatic consequences!

 

I say "Chrysalis and other nasty changelings went far, far away, and will never be seen again!" is a catchphrase of that episode.  ;)
