I'm a very honest person and I am not someone who is afraid to speak their mind. I can be pretty blunt at times as well.

Well... I can't say I've never avoided saying the whole truth or rephrasing series of events if I don't think the exact way they went down was a very good idea on my part. I'd describe myself as someone of high integrity more than an honest person. I don't look for loopholes in rules, try to keep to what I feel like I should be doing, and am responsible and forthright. Kinda like Applejack.

Almost always. ^^ There's just certain personal things that of course I don't want to be completely open and honest about. I'm sure a lot of people have their share of things like that.

My friends and myself would agree that I am brutally honest. This is mostly because I lack a heavy dose of empathy and I just prefer being honest. Hence, I've had people come to me for advice because they know I won't sugar coat it in anyway. But then again, there are always situations where lying is okay and preferable to maintain peace.

Honestly, I don't lie like I use to. I'm much more of an honest person now than I've ever been in my life. Though there are times I can only convey how I feel, compared to verbal. It's my shyness that does that. But when I have to be honest, I will be.

I'm a very honest person, so much to the point of being rather blunt. Aside from a few white lies, I don't see much point in making up something that won't help anybody in a situation.

Wordsmith.

I'm always sincere. However, I am a writer "and writers, are damn good liars." (Alan Wake.)

That isn't to say I say things happened when they didn't nor vice versa, and I especially don't lie about emotions or intentions! That to me, is the height of deception, and can land one right in the eighth circle of Hell along with politicians. (For example: Cersei Lannister? Smiles and false reassurance hiding more spite and hate than most humans are physically capable of? THAT!)

If you hate someone, call them your enemy. If you object to them, act directly against them. I'd rather a man rob me at gun point than con me with a smile, at least the gunman isn't playing with your emotions and appearing to you as an ally.

So when I say that I'm a "wordsmith" as this thread classifies, I only mean that in breaking bad news, I would offer the other person's side of the story, try to be diplomatic, or otherwise exercise some verbal tact. The truth hurts . . . so no need to make the person feel worse when telling it.

I won't lie to step on someone or to gain profit over another, but if i have to save my own hide i'll lie like a dog. I'm actually so good at lying when i need to that this actually troubles me.

I'm very honest, and maybe too honest for my own good.

Sometimes I tell the truth when lying would have been a better idea.

I lie about my feelings (probably bad idea on my part but can't help it) or lie to not hurt the other's feelings. I used to lie to keep out of trouble when I was a child. I can lie as good as Loki but I do prefer being honest.

Honest as Applejack.

I willingly openly admit to my faults.

The most humorous one is:

I use semantics and logic in general to debate... but I'm an INFJ,

infj.gif

>>> http://www.teamtechnology.co.uk/personality/types/infj/dominant/

So, I primarily use my own intuition for initial judgement introvertly in my mind, then express my feelings outwardly.

That's not to say I never have logic, as "T" in the picture stands for thinking, which in terms of MBTI, refers to logic.  But my usual logic is based on my intuition.  Of course, intuition can be logical, but it is not always logical.

But because I'm Feeling (emotions) dominant over Thinking (logic), my intuition is stubborn.  Lol.

I try very hard to be the most honest person possible. But even i am guilty of lying to some people, most of the time for my own benefits.

Please don't buck my face AJ. :(
