Since his magical abilities are illusory and involve the manipulation of light, he'd either recolor himself or render himself (mostly) invisible until he managed to get somewhere alone... and probably plot some way of trolling the guy who did that to him.

Dodge - He would call chuck norris to hunt that pony down and paint him a permanent pink and even tell uncle chuck to break his horn.

 

Corvette - She'd kill that pony on the spot.
