My pony dreams are getting pretty intense.

Hello forum, Rainb0w Dashie here.

So I'm starting to have pony dreams more often lately. The last few I remember walking down the street with EqG Fluttershy, holding her hand, and thinking to myself how she smells like blue raspberry candy, and a clop dream about Twilight that I'm not going to go into great detail about.

Last night though I had a particularly interesting dream. Interesting in the fact that I've been on a drawing binge lately and in the dream I was looking through an art book in my living room with a bunch of pictures of Twilight Sparkle. There were at least a dozen or more but I only remember a couple:

Twilight on a sandy beach, wings splayed and balancing a steel chain and collar on her nose as if it were a stiff cane. atop the chain was a glass of water that Twilight was trying to balance, which seemed weird because the chain shoulder succumb to gravity.

The next one was of Twilight at the entrance of Golden Oak Library, hanging the chain and collar from the previous picture on a coat hook like it were a scarf. What I noticed the most about this picture was how bored Twilight looked.

The last one I remember was the most interesting, the picture was circular and divided in half horizontally. on the top hemisphere Twilight was crouched and sneaking towards the left side of the circle, on the bottom hemisphere was a bear, in the same position,m mirrored from Twilight, and in a black-white monochrome color scheme.

I really wish I could remember the rest of the pictures because I remember thinking they were very surreal and avant garde. This dream also came after one about me suffering a medical condition where bone fragments were growing into my nose and mouth and I was furiously trying to dig them out.

I think the dreams were playing off me worrying about this ear blockage I have, thinking I was going to go deaf atr first, coupled with my copious amounts of drawing this weekend. Suffice to say they were pretty intense dreams.

@Rainb0wdashie, I moved this to Sugarcube Corner since that is where our fandom interests and discussions go.

I freaking swear I must be the only Brony never to have a Pony dream. :/

I have pony dreams nearly everyday. I actually tend to have dreams depending on what I do throughout the day it happens a lot with anime also.

But this was the wierdest dream. I was in the middle of a TF2 deathmatch and lost and when I awoke I was tranformed into a anthro Trixie Lulamoon, on a bus going to high school and every "human" knew who I were. And when the bus stopped all the scenes was featured in a Japanese commercial for Drink. The Great and Powerful Energy Drink.

(This was like 2 days ago 4/24)

Nope, neither have I, two of a kind.

Equestria Daily did a poll about this. Not having pony dreams is quite common, actually.

I wish I could be transformed into an anthro Discord.

...

Wait, he's already anthro, isn't he?

lol Well I don't think he is a true anthro, But this is discord after all . Just being Discord himself, will allow you to do almost anything you want.

Had a dream of EG Rarity talking about not liking Japan because their clothes have a habit of exploding to pieces.

Then had a dream of DLC EG Mane 6 in a Senran Kagura game. Rarity scream bloody murder when her clothes were destroyed.

I think you're fortunate to be able to have this dreams. The last pony dream I had was over a month ago and I just saw a few of them in passing. And it was over a year before that since I had a pony dream, but at least in that one I was able to talk to a few of them for a minute. Intense or not, I'd simply like to have more. We don't even have to do anything exciting. Standing around and talking would be cool. Just be glad you get to have them so frequently. :P

I normally don't have pony dreams but the other night I had a dream where Rarity and Rainbow Dash were in a hotel room. They were sharing the same bed and having a belching contest.

I don't ship the mane six together for the record.

Can blind people see their dreams.

I don't know why you are asking this; it's not really on topic.

Anyway, you'd have to ask a blind person. I don't know any blind people myself, so I can't answer the question.

The one pony dream I recall having was really long and involved, and appeared to be a crossover between my novel and MLP. I was serving along my OC in this massive invasion of Equestria by (Earth Universe) starships. There was explosions, there was tragic character deaths, there was one..ahem..interesting scene, there was more explosions, there were a few scenes that actually made you like villains such as Sombra, there were other scenes that digressed into stuff like genetic engineering, eugenics, biological and species-targeting weapons, planetary sanitization, subhuman species, all those ethical minefields. There were also stuff where ponies were forced to fight and kill, and all the moral issues that rose from that. And then there was the lurker demons. Oh, now that was fun.

But strangely, the one scene that stuck with me so much I decided to draw it, was the one involving Wilhelm holding a coffee cup with a smiley face on it, dressed in a full sergeant's dress uniform, and this exasperated and exhausted expression on his face. And he's kind of just like, in the scene, "Did the massive alien warships have to attack while I'm still hung over from that party last night? I mean, come on, they could have let me check with my calendar first. You know, 'Wilhelm! Big invasion tommorrow! Stay sober!'. Actually, damn it, why do I even talk to Berry Punch at all..."

I was two inches away from just waking up laughing fit to bust a lung.

I seriously had a human pony dream and it terrified the ever-loving snot outta me because there was next to no blood but so much torture. I woke up sweating with my heart racing, and I couldn't go back to sleep.

What a wonderful first experience that was 8c

Nor I. I don't think I've delved into the level of Brony yet, I've had video game dreams before, especially when I used to play Diablo II for 12-14 hours a day.

Last pony dream I had me ( my self insert OC) and Lyra were breaking into a mall I used to shop in when I was a kid but was shuttered and eventually torn down many years ago due to gang-related violence. Anywho, if I recall Lyra wanted one of those sparkly globe thingies that goes on a stand in your garden, and she wanted it specifically from a store in that mall (IDK why, and I think in the context of the dream the mall was still open, since it had been moved to Ponyville. We were breaking in at night, so I can't be sure it was still open, but everything was clean and all the signs were still hung up, some of which my brain must have made up because by the time I was old enough to go to the mall it had lost most of its stores). Lyra thought the garden globe would give her the ability to see the future, IDK why.

Bon Bon was waiting outside to help us escape because she didn't want her roomy and best friend to go to prison, but she didn't condone our actions and seemed pretty ticked. I think Pinkie may have broken in with us, but don't really remember in enough detail to be sure.

The soundtrack to the entire dream was this:

It's quite heartening to see so many people placing such stock in the power, the intensity, and even the beauty of their dreams; Andre Breton would be proud! It is almost as if our hearts know that somewhere beyond the veil of our day-to-day senses is the world of ponies we yearn to be a part of...

I, for one, have resolved to pit my imagination and my dreams against the tyranny of reality until I can fully break down the wall that separates our worlds and live my life in Equestria...or at the very least parallel to it.

Faustian hubris? Perhaps, but it is only by daring greatly that great deeds are achieved!

(Oh, and that's Dr. Faust, not Lauren Faust!)
