Haste woke up in a cloud, she always slept in clouds and never found the need to fly home to sleep there, when the weather was fine, she looked below at Ponyville, lots of ponies walking early in the morning, at least early for her, since she didn't wake up until the sun reached the very top of the sky, she stretched her wings and took flight, not paying attention to some changes on Ponyville's residents, after a while, she landed on a different cloud about to take another nap "what are you doing?" another pegasi asked "what does it look like? I'm taking a nap" Haste said her eyes still closed "sheesh" he grinned at her "I don't remember seeing you around Ponyville" he scratched the back of his mane while saying that, Haste opened her eyes and stood in the cloud, she eyed the pony "I don't know you either, now can you leave me?" the male ignored the last thing she said "you look familiar, what's your name?" "Haste" she muttered "cool, my name is Streak" Haste grunted and flew away, while Streak shrugged and flew somewhere else

[Electrobolt]

In the park, Electrobolt could be seen napping under one of the trees as he was relaxing during the calm and peaceful weather. However, something in the back of his mind woke him up, though he doesn't really know what this thing was. "Mmm..." he muttered, slowly opening his eyes. Looking at his surroundings, he noticed nothing out of the ordinary as he began to stand up once more. *I think I'll head home for now...* he thought, as he began to walk back to his house. However, what he failed to notice earlier was that there was a mare that was still napping under that same tree, right nearby where he napped. This mare also sported a lime-green coat, blue tail, and blue mane, although her mane was more tame, as opposed to spiked up. She also didn't have hooves like the young colt, although she sported the very same video-game controller cutie mark as the colt.

[Aureity]

Yawning slightly, Dichromate slowly lifted an eyelid. "Mmm...?" The warm sunlight streamed down his face, as he tiredly shut his eyes again. Ah well. It seemed like a nice day to him. A bit too nice to spend lazying around the park bench. Regretfully, he opened his eyes again, only to be smell something burning. His own mane.
"Gahh!" He toppled out of the park bench, landing with a crashing thud on the ground. Blinking in confusion, he looked upwards, to find a shadow looming over him. It was a red-coated mare, who was glancing curiously down at him, horn alight with an ember or two of flame.

"Sorry," said the mare apologetically. "But the last pony I saw on this bench died on it. I wanted to make sure you were still alive."

"What...what the..." was all Dichromate could splutter indignantly.

She laughed. "Sorry if I burned that precious mane of yours. My name is Pyrosulfate, if you were wondering. And yeah, I know. Weird name. So that's why everyone else around here calls me Py."

Dichromate blinked. "That's...great." He watched her bound away back towards the town. "Jeez, she looks a lot like me."

[Pinkazoid!]

Haste landed on the ground, and yawned **I really wish he had let me take my nap in peace** she continued trotting on the streets

[Electrobolt]

As Electrobolt continued to walk through the streets of town, he began to look around, noticing something slightly different. *Wait...* he thought, looking around the streets of Ponyville. *When... When did Ponyville suddenly get so many colts? And... Is it just me, or are most of them familiar to me...?* He shook his head, thinking he was going crazy, as he returned his attention to what was in front of him. As soon as he looked in front of him, he recognized a pegasus sporting a golden coat and a bright-orange mane walking along the streets as well *Hey, isn't that...* he began to think, as his eyes were stuck on this mare. Finally, he decided to call out to the pony, saying, "Hey, Haste!"

[Aureity]

Dichromate managed to shurg off the incident. More than likely it was just...something strange. Whatever. Bumping it from his mind, he headed back to Ponyville, wondering what to do.

Finally, he thought, arriving at the outskirts. He wasn't sure which was more tired, his thoughts or his hooves.

[Pinkazoid!]

"Huh?" Haste turned to spot Electrobolt galloping towards her "Electro?"

[Electrobolt]

As soon as Electrobolt got close enough to Haste, he stopped in his tracks as he looked at her again. *Yep, that's Haste alright...* he thought in his mind, as he remembered seeing other ponies on the street that had looked similar but were of the opposite gender. Clearing the thought out of his mind, he finally spoke up, "So what's up, Haste? I didn't quite expect to see you for a little while."

[Pinkazoid!]

"Well I was enjoying a nap until somepony woke me up..." she looked back at Electro

[Electrobolt]

"Wait a second," Electrobolt started, hearing what Haste had said. "Somepony woke you up, when you were napping? I thought they would have let you be if they saw you..." He then remembered back to when he was taking his normal nap under the tree in the park, and how a feeling of some sort had caused him to wake up. Getting rid of that thought for now, he began to speak out, "Well, I was going to head home, so... I guess I'll see you later?"

Meanwhile, back at the park, the young, lime-green mare slowly began to stir, as she was waking up. "Aaaaaahhh..." she yawned, stretching her legs, as she opened her eyes slowly, revealing her bright green eyes. "That was a good nap, but..." She started as she looked around. Noticing nothing out of the ordinary, she shook her head. "Nevermind." She slowly got back on her hooves, still feeling a little drowsy from her nap, but nothing a little walk through the town wouldn't be able to fix.

[Aureity]

Dichromate absentmindedly wandered towards his house. Something was different about Ponyville, or rather, the population. I've never seen him before! Or him. Or her. Or...any of those ponies. He scowled. I'm definitely not an antisocial person, what's going on? Lotta immigrants ust moved her in the same day or something? Maybe when he got home he'd ask one of his neighbors.

Without realizing it, he was there. He looked up to see his house. Red roof, oak door, messy lawn. Yep, that was his house, alright. Following the winding pathway, he reached to open the door.

"Oh, hey! It's you. How'd ya know where I live, huh?" a familair voice greeted him.

Dichromate's jaw sagged in surprise. "What? You again? But...but..."

Py rolled her eyes. "You look surprised. C'mon, this can't be a coincedence. You must've asked around for me. So whaddya want?" she asked playfully.

Dichromate's mind reeled. "But...this is MY house."

Py smirked. "You been partying too much last night? Still hung over? I know I am." She gave him a wink and added. "Come back later when you feel more up to talking."

Dichromate stared in amazement at the door as it swung shut. Stil unable to comprehend, he turned around. What am I going to do?

[Electrobolt]

After saying his farewells, Electrobolt proceeded to head over to where his house resides. After entering the building, he called out, "Mom, dad, I'm home!" Silence filled the air, however, as no response was heard. "Mom? Dad?" Still no answer. Worried, he began to look around the house, eventually entering the kitchen. Looking at the counter, he noticed a letter. Sitting down at the counter, he looked down at the note, as it read...

"Dear Electrobolt, we're sorry for leaving you on such short notice, but we decided that it was time for us to have a vacation. We will be gone for a week, but there is enough food for you in the fridge to last until then. We know you're more than capable of taking care of the house. Again, we're sorry we left without telling you. With love, mom and dad."

"Well, that seems to have answered where my parents are..." he muttered to himself as he looked at the fridge. He wasn't feeling hungry right now, so he left the fridge untouched. With the note in mind though, he walked upstairs as he headed for his bedroom. Electrobolt was not ready for what he had seen, as his eyes shot open in surprise. Rather than items that were fit for his gender, instead, he saw things for the female gender! "Wha... What is this?" he gasped, looking around the room several times. "Is... Is this really my room???" He then gazed at where the picture of him as a little colt was, and his heart practically stopped. Instead of seeing a young colt in the picture, he saw a filly, with his coat color, eye color, mane color, and cutie mark!

While all that was happening, the mare that looked very similar to Electrobolt proceeded to walk through the streets of Ponyville. "Hmm... That feeling I had back at the park..." she whispered to herself. "What was it all about though...? I wonder..." She then shook her head as she thought, *Nevermind, forget about it... Just probably nothing...* She proceeded to walk through the streets, just going nowhere in particular.

[The Grape Popsicle Guy]

Pinstrype was sleeping like a rock after a long night of partying. Slowly, he opened his eyes. He found that he was in the Ponyville Park. "Strange," Pinstrype thought. "The last thing I remember was me brushing my teeth and then... I don't know what happened after that..."

He just remembered something. "Dammit! I had to pick up those Cupcakes for Pinkie Pie! Oh man, she's gonna kill me." He rushed off to Sugarcube Corner to get them real quick, ignoring the odd change of scenery.

Pinstrype skidded to a halt in front of the Cakes' Bakery. He jogged up to the counter and dinged the bell. "Yes, I'll be there in a second!" an unfamiliar voice called. Mrs. Cake rushed out of the kitchen... no wait... what? Mrs. Cake looked oddly different. Her mane was a lot shorter than normal and she was wearing the hat and apron Mr. Cake usually wears. But then, it hit him: Mrs. Cake was a colt.

"So..." the Colt Mrs. Cake panted with sweat dripping from his face. "What would you like?"

Trying to ignore her sudden change of appearance, Pinstrype slowly said, "Well, I'm here to pick up those chocolate cupcakes for Pinkie P..." Mrs. - well - Mr. Cake cut him off.

"Yes yes of course." He rushed back into the kitchen, grabbed a box of cupcakes and tossed it on the counter. "That'll be 10 bits please" Pinstrype handed Mr. Cake the 10 bits he wanted. "Very good have a nice day. Tell Bubble Berry I said hi," he said quickly. Pinstrype attempted to say thank you, but was practically shoved out of the bakery.

"Who is Bubble Berry?" Pinstrype thought aloud.

[Electrobolt]

Electrobolt was hyperventilating after seeing the picture as he slowly backed away from the shelf that had the photo on it. "This... This isn't right..." he muttered to himself, remembering the details on the picture. "I... I just... Wait... Is... Is today... April Foal's Day?" He forced out an awkward chuckle as he kept telling himself it's just a prank. "Very funny, guys..." he called out, still freaked out. There was still no answer, as he looked at the calendar on the wall. Once more, his eyes popped wide open as he saw it was nowhere near April Foal's Day. "B-b-b-b-b-b-but..." he stuttered, completely at a loss for words. All of this was just too much for him to handle, as he passed out right on the floor.

The young mare continued to walk through Ponyville before her stomach let out a silent growl. "Well, I guess it's time for some food," she whispered to herself, as she let a slight chuckle out. She then proceeded to head towards her home, which was the house that Electrobolt was in! After a couple of minutes, she arrived at the front door. As she knocked on the door, the mare called out, "Hello? Anyone home?" When she got no answer, she shrugged and opened the door. Closing the door behind her, she looked around, eventually wandering into the kitchen. "Hmm?" she mumbled, upon seeing the note on the counter.

After having read the contents of the note, she looked over to the fridge. "Well, I hope they enjoy themselves on their vacation..." she spoke to herself mainly as she approached the fridge. As she looked inside, she noticed there were seven small pyramid-shaped wedges of watermelon, among other things. "Mmm... Watermelon, so good..." she muttered as she took one out, taking it to another room after having closed the fridge.

[Pinkazoid!]

Haste walked around town **maybe i should try to go home, after all, it is getting late, and the pegasi scheduled for thunderstorms today..** she flew towards her home before she noticed a familiar rainbow colored mane "Dash?" she asked as she flew closer, not aware of the the aspects of a male pony, finally when she was in front of her- or him, after looking at him for a while she gasped "do you mind? you're kinda blocking the sun" the colt said with his eyes closed "yeah sorry" she flew away **sweet Celestia who was that?** she asked to herself as she flew towards her house she shook her head and flew faster and she suddenly crashed into somepony else "huh?" the colt turned around "well if it ain't the filly that flew off while I introduced myself" **not this guy again...** "listen...Streak?" "yeah?" "I really don't know you, and I got to get home" "hey, me too, I heard that there was going to be some rain" "yeah, so..." Haste flew away slowly, while the other pegasus looked at her funny, Haste flew towards her cloud home and opened the door with the key next to her window, she entered and flew towards her room ready for a nap "uhh what are you doing?" a voice came from behind her, she turned to see Streak staring at her "what do you think you're doing in my house?" Haste asked flying towards him, he was only taller by a few inches, and he looked a bit buffer from the front "what do you mean? this is my house" he said backing away a few feet "no, this is my house" the male snorted "I think I know my house" "are you saying I don't know mine?" "well from the looks of it..." she grinned "if it is your house... then how come I've never seen you around?" "well I haven't seen you around either" they both stared at each other for a while and then Haste spotted his cutiemark, a similar thundercloud with wings, she gasped in her head, as she looked at the other similarities, fiery orange mane, golden coat and bright green eyes "...now how did I miss that..." she asked her self "what?" the male asked "nothing" **I need to get out of here** "....sorry, I think I didn't notice this wasn't my house..." she said, she hated loosing on an argument and this was no exception "it's okay, say do you live around here?" the male asked "I think" she gulped shuffling her hoof on the ground " I have to go" she flew from the house ** Electrobolt! he might now what's going on** she thought as she flew towards his house,

Streak watched as she flew away, **hmm... I wonder where she's going....** he thought as he flew above her

[Electrobolt]

As the mare that looked like Electrobolt continued to eat her watermelon, she felt as if something is off at her house. "Hmm... Why have I been getting all these strange feelings recently?" she questioned as she finally decided to do something about this feeling of hers. Putting what was left of the watermelon in the fridge, she decided to finally walk upstairs, to look around in her room. As soon as she opened the door to her room, her eyes popped wide open as she saw two things stick out to her.

The first thing she noticed was that there was a pony lying on the floor, seemingly unconscious. The second thing was the young pony's appearance. This pony had a lime-green coat, just like she did. He also had a blue mane and tail, just like her, and although she couldn't tell what color eyes he had, she looked at his flank and saw he had the same exact cutie mark that she has. "Wh... What the..." was all she could utter, as she looked on in surprise.

Haste knocked on the door "Electrobolt you here?!" she shouted still knocking

Alpha rushed to the Ponyville Guard house. He was almost late, and that just won't do! He was about to go inside of ponyvilles only guard house when he saw a mare at the door, a green unicorn with yellow hair and a shield cutie mark. Just like him! They looked at each other for a minute.

They both began saying the same thing at the same time, "What are you doing here?" they asked each other in perfect unison, "This is a restricted... stop copying me! I am a guard and you will treat me with respe..." They both stopped. They realised that they were the exact same pony in every way except gender!

Alpha opened the door, "You and I should..."

"...Talk" The mare completed.

[Electrobolt]

The mare version of Electrobolt just stood there in surprise, pretty freaked out about what she just witnessed. "What... But I... And he... Huh???" was all she uttered before hearing someone knocking on her door, asking if she was there. "Oh, um, come on in!" she called out, before shaking her head. Although she was confused right now, she had a guest and she felt guests should come first. With that, she closed the bedroom door behind her as she started to return to the main room in the house.

Haste heard a higher pitched voice telling her to come in **it's probable his mom** she rushed into his room "Electro you seen anything odd about some of -" she stopped and looked at the mare "Electrobolt?"
