I have been having trouble with this lately so I felt like asking.

Just post the url ;P it'll post it as a vid in your post automatically. That's with Youtube, anyway.

This is essentially it, however on youtube you don't copy the main url, you press the share buttton under a video and you should find a video link somewhat different. This will be the one you want and it automatically turns into a video when you post.

The 'share url' is just a shortened url of the main...

The main url has never worked for me. It always just shows the url and a link. Could be an issue on my side. Anyways, if the main URL doesnt work then try the share url.

If you post a single link with just the v=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and nothing more, no & and more stuff after it.

Alternatively you can use the [media][/media] tags.
