If you don't already know, you can go to http://www.iqtest.com to find out. Average human I.Q. is 100.

My I.Q. is 134, considered "Gifted". 2.5 percent of the population scored this high.

IQ scores mean nothing. They have little value, if any.

For example, my friend supposedly has an IQ of 165. How come I'm still in a higher math course than him, then?

Somebody may have more proficiency through continual effort and study. Some highly intelligent people do not apply themselves. Of course, I don't know your friend's situation or the circumstances of that IQ analysis you just listed.

And I got a score of 106 on this "test." Just above average! Then again, most of these questions are just annoying at 1:40 AM.

I don't study at all, though. That's the thing. This test is faulty.

I highly doubt the IQ test's accuracy, considering my other friend with a 130 IQ is in BC calc, is taking 5 APs this year, and is only a sophomore. (And no, he doesn't study either)

IQ Tests aren't all yes or no questions. this test is not even an approximation of an IQ test.

I would suggest taking a many test, like the Mensa test. it is a lot more fair and will give a lot better results.

I've done several online IQ Tests and they all claim I am gifted. However I know there is only a 57% chance of that to be true for me.

I have Dyscalculia to a rather strong degree. According to this test I'd pretty much score as a moron. I didn't even bother to click to get my results. If the test left out mathematics and used only logic problems, I'd do very well. Oh well. I do fit the profile in that link I provided in quite a few ways. I write up a storm (can't post my work here, it's not site related) and am known for my vivid imagination. I do have trouble with analog clocks, and I have SEROUS trouble remembering names! Most embarrassingly, but I will admit it here, I'm 33 years old and sometimes am forced to count on my fingers!

139, keep in mind its 12:38 am, I am totally unmotivated, and that i haven't had a math course in more than a year.

Basically, idc what it says, I don't really feel smart atm...

If you trust online IQ tests to be even an approximation of your actual IQ, I have a bridge in Ponyville I would like to sell you.

Let us take a look at this interesting gem from that site's FAQ:

The test is not intended for professional use. The test is offered for personal entertainment purposes.

Even genuine IQ tests are a subject of controversy, and I honestly do not believe that they are reliable indicators of intelligence, so if those are unreliable, an internet one with a mere 38 questions will be even more unreliable.

Me and my 144 IQ would like to take you up on that offer if you can provide the transportation to Ponyville ;)

Really this just seemed like a test on if you could pay attention to word problems and remembered what some of those geometric shapes were. A quick minute of fun but nothing I would take seriously.

Thank goodness someone said it. Not only that, but I'm pretty sure they jack up your score if it's a fake internet test.

It reminds me of that episode of King of the Hill when Peggy thinks she's a genius because an online test said she was and then she goes out to spend $900 dollars on a fake PhD.

This test? I doubt this online test of 30 or so questions is an accurate indicator of IQ or general intelligence. It mostly plays off of stereotypes (though not altogether wrong) of high intelligence (answering questions in your head very quickly). The formula for determining the choice of questions and how accurately they measure intelligence are totally unknown.

Actual IQ tests, to the best of my knowledge, are far more thorough.
