Let's see...

PC: as far as I remember, either NASCAR 2000 or NHL 2000, or one of those educational games. These were some of the first games I remember playing.
N64: the earliest I remember playing this bad boy was with one of my childhood friends. On that playdate, I blurrily rember playing Mario Kart 64 and Super Mario 64.
Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure (1/2?) I remember also from a different childhood-friend playdate.
PS1: Didn't grow up with it, started buying and playing these games on my PS2. Out of my expansive library, maybe...hm...oh geez...yeah....ummm....maybe Crash Bandicoot 2....? Realllly rough guess. @.@
GBA: The first handhelds I owned. Mario Kart Super Circuit (I even bought the strategy guide and everything)
PS2- out of the 100s of games I have for it...either Crash: the Wrath of Cortex or Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec. I played this baby around the time it came out, so I may be wrong.
DS- The first three games I got for it were Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, Nintendogs: Chihuahua, and Mario Kart DS. I believe I played MKDS first.
PSP- Have to think hard for this one....uhh...Micro Machines V4??? :/
XBOX- Never owned an XBOX system till the 360, one day I was bored and decided to get an original Xbox game, which was Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005.
Gamecube- Once again, never owned one, decided to go backwards compatibility. I think it was Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Wii- Wanted to get this for a long while. Uh...I think Sonic and the Secret Rings.
PS3- Cars: the video game. Well, the sequel to the original movie game.
XBOX 360- Need for Speed: ProStreet. One of the best NFS games evah.
3DS- Ridge Racer 3D, I believe (how am I not 100% sure?! O_o)
iOS- I think it was Labyrinth 2.

Now onto systems that were way out of my generation, but have purchased and played recently on newer systems (Wii, etc.) (I am an avid fan of classic games )

Game Boy- Kirby's Dream Land
Game Boy Color (yes, this counts o_o)- The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX
SEGA Genesis- Sonic the Hedgehog (I think a few of my games have a ported version of it)
NES- Super Mario Bros. (rough guess)
SNES- Kirby Super Star
