Do you think season 3 MLP will keep the same voices/characters etc? Or add a new main character? Hopefully not. Hopefully it stays the same! What do you think? Has it been confirmed?

It WILL have the same voice actors, and I'm pretty sure there won't be any new main mane character.

Every single character has their own unique voice actors that 100% capture their own character's(') personaility perfectly. Nopony should have a change of voice actors, the fact stated above is one of the main reasons why the show is really good.

Different voices doesn't mean different personalities though. Even if they were to change voice actors, they wouldn't completely re-create the voices for the characters, it'd be like giving Homer Simpson a new husky voice after 10 seasons.

Anyway, I don't believe they will change any voice actors. Why change what isn't broken? There is no need to change voice actors, especially for reasons such as "The characters are older". I've already noticed significant voice changes due to voice actors personal voice alterations and since this is a cartoon for 7 year old girls, I don't think they're gonna change the ages of the Mane 6 since the teenager-like years they are in at the moment are what appeals to the target audience.

I wouldn't worry about it, the only new VAs would probably just be for guest side characters and whatnot.

I personally wouldnt like them as much though. I mean, even if the voices were GOOD the voices they have are perfect.

Also tv shows change voices even if they sound the same any way (Pokemon is one)

I hope that they don't change the voices at all. The way everything is right now I think is perfect, as others have stated. I think it would be interesting to see though maybe a couple new charactes added to the mane 6, but I would never hope to see any of the main six get replaced. AS far as I'm concerned at this point. If they don't have the mane 6, then it's just not worth it. Granted, not every episode has every mane 6 characte in it, but if they completely abandon any mane 6 character I would be pretty ticked myself.

I think there isn't going to be VA change or a new MAIN character, maybe a new backstory character.

The ONLY thing I think they should change, is add at least one male character, so then the insult about being a brony can end, and the males will have someone more, relatable.
