More like he's bitter over the plight of his people, though his sister's death did deeply affect him. Expect a flashback later.

I recommend you start your "Interrogation/them flirting" post. Sule is kinda in shock and I have nothing to post for him now (maybe I will do another one of his nightmares later...). A couple of hours have gone by and Shiri is awake and her normal self.

I won't be able to write up a convincing relationship in the short time we have before the final battle, so that might be problematic.

I have two ideas. Perhaps change it so the battle won't occur for two or three days, and we'll have some more filler between now and then (perhaps scouts report that the weather is changing and dry spell is coming or something, which would destroy the clouds above the city. This would interfere with the evil malumai defending the city from the air, and relieve pressure on the heroes' ground forces.)

My second idea you guys probably won't like very much, as it'll prolong this RP for a while longer. Nova doesn't have a heck of a lot of characterization, so it seems somewhat anticlimatic to have him die during this final battle. So my idea is as such: the battle occurs like we have planned, but at the very end when Tyrannus is just about to be defeated by the heroes, Nova betrays and murders him, before escaping. The heroes celebrate the end Tyrannus's (short) reign, but later that day they notice something disturbing: the city is almost completely abandoned, except for the ponies who were freed from his mind-control (which is the entirety of the Malumai military, plus a few dozen thousand civilians).
Shiri (who's a good guy by this point) realizes to her horror what's going on: Nova took over control of the Malumai civilians who haven't been freed from the mind-control magic and are now marching them straight to Equestria! *dramatic thunder.* A quick headcount reveals that Nova has at least nine-hundred-thousand (or some other really large number) civilians under his control. And considering that the Malumai are a warrior culture (which means that even their civilians are competent fighters) and a significant portion of the Equestrian armies are in Malumai-land, Nova has more than enough manpower to completely conquer Equestria. (when they ask Shiri why she didn't mention that sooner, she says she didn't think Nova was insane enough to lead a military campaign against his own people)
So, the last chapter of this RP will then be Sule commanding the Equestrian military and the newly-freed Malumai military to intercept Nova's army and end this madness once and for all (perhaps his inspiring speech is something akin to "The equestrians saved our lives, now it's time to return the favor").

The main reason I'm suggesting this is that Nova seems competent enough to have a Plan B in case his alliance with the psychopath Tyrannus doesn't pan out. So what do you guys think?

I didn't read this when I made my post, but I think my idea helps with this as well. The Malumai military swooping in to save the day by destroying Nova (who's a known criminal to the Unicorns) and his army before they can conquer Equestria would go a long way to improving Equestrian-Malumai relations. (And Sule makes sure that the fact that Nova's army was made up of mostly Malumai is never mentioned to the Equestrian leaders. x3)

Also, before Midnight and Storm get serious (they've never met before right now) with their relationship, I recommend you get in contact with Isobel and see if she is ok with going that route with Storm. She is hard to get a hold of, so good luck!

the first way would be the BS easy way out...

...But, Dangit, You sold the second one really well, plus it fixes how malumai get into equestria. It would be an awesome scene (in the movie, if we ever get to that!) I say we go for it!

However, I have this paranoia that if we dont get started on the FimFic soon, somepony else will take the high profile chance of making a fimfic about equestrian history and/or Malumai, and then we will look like rip offs. I recommend We get started on Writing the FimFic As soon as we can (tomorrow, soon after?). We don't need to actually write it yet, we just need to fix some of the characterization, lines, and plot stuff.

We can do a google docs and skype or somthing and we can all work on it together, even before the RP is done. If we use skype or some sort of other IM/video/phone chat, it would be easier than discussing it over the forums. Also, the last parts of the RP will go smoother because we discussed everything more

For the record, I thought Sule would become Archon for equestria in the end (I have a full explaniation why, how, and what whould become of it and still have it be in line with the history from the show) Who knows? A sequel, A prequel (we are going to need to do that for the fanfic)?

Who knows, this may become really famous for this!

Oh... It burns! Sorry to hear that... If you want help, I kinda know my way around computers (but I use linux, so...)

Anyway, I guess the drunk will work, but you still need to explain the intel or something at some point. Most likely, we they will need to know the info on the Super Soldiers.

He'll return just as the Malumai Loyalists are losing the final battle against Tyrannus.Just when they've lost all hope, Night Flash comes with a bucket load of an army, filling the sky with Pegasi and the ground with Earth Ponies and Unicorns. Ofcourse, he'll die in battle because I have to kill him off, no more time to RP. Maybe three or four long and quality posts once my computer get's fixed and that's about it.

(You'll have to make up whatever Night Flash says for now though)
