Hey guys here's another picture I did on Colors 3d. This one was just a simple one though mostly I was trying to work on background drawings and maybe some shading. Hope you guys like.

Not bad, looks pretty good.

Line work looks like it needs practice and your color theory looks like its based on other original characters. Try closer to pastel colors; less saturation and lighter.

Otherwise a pretty swell picture.

Thanks for the info. what other characters is my color theory like? I thought it was pretty original for me.

What I mean is that your OC (like many others I've seen) has an approach to color selection that is very different from the show.
Colors typically are not as dark as that green, nor as sharp as the mane. Example: Big Macintosh doesn't use pure red and pure orange; his colors are a softened crimson and a lightened goldish hue.

Your character's colors are solid dark green, cyan and blue. Far too saturated and not enough blended white or gray.

Ah, Yes I know my colors are a bit to simple and a bit dark. But that's also how I am I'm simple and I like to have darker colors instead lighter but I see your point.
