[Pinkie Pie Party]

I have argued the title of best console for a while now, and I thought who better to ask than fellow bronies? So in your own opinion, what is better to you, and why?

Also I really don't like either of their controllers but I prefer the 360s controller

I personally prefer Xbox over PS3 because it just has more of a fun look/feel to it. This may be an unfair statement because I own an Xbox and don't have a PS3... I have played the PS3 and seen what it can do, but I still would rather have an Xbox 360 than A Play Station 3. But that is just my opinion, whats yours?

Okay, to be 100% honest, I'm neutral across all platforms. They all have great games and their downsides as well, IMO.

From a technological standpoint, PS3 wins by far. It's a piece of technology with better everything than Xbox.
Xbox has a much more social aspect however. You see many more people having a fun game of, say, Halo than on PS3. One of the main reasons I game is to be with my friends so I prefer Xbox over PS3. If more people were to have PS3 however, I would probably choose PS3 except that I's have to give up Halo

I like the xbox more due to the controllers and their console specific titles (Halo and Gears of War specifically). I was never a fan of the PS3 controllers, didn't feel comfortable enough to me.

Technically, there is no better video game console, in the same sense that in seriousness, there is no "best pony".

It's all a matter of opinion, but some people prefer one over the other. Having experienced gaming from all kinds of sides, I am indifferent, and really do not have a favorite. (Well, at least out of the two systems given)

One of the reasons I pick PS3, though, is because it doesn't make you pay to play with your friends. I don't want to pay for a service that should be free & one that I won't use often. Waste of money...

Nintendo fanboy here -- Grew up on GameCube (and N64... mostly GameCube). Now THAT was a console, lemme tell ya! I just chose the most logical option.
I sold my Wii for a PS3 because I had grown to hate motion controls TuT.

Plus, all the accessories for xbox are so expensive !

Then the Move comes out. Plus the Wii kinda stopped making a big deal outta the motion control thing.
