Both of the series's quit, and they left behind a major fanbase.

What I'm saying is that if the developer is under contract that requires them to make more games then they have no choice but to stay (ie they must stay and their fanbase is still there).

I only brought that prequel article up because I thought they might have interest in it, that is not what I was referring to when I was talking about the next Gears of War game.

I use my gnasher appropriately. If I am nowhere near someone, I use my lancer. If there is someone coming up on my ass, I back away and get my gnasher out.

Without spoiling the story can anyone tell me if the Gears of War 3 story was cheesy? That's what Ive heard and that would be really disappointing.
