Favorite Names (or what would you name your children)

What are some of your favorite names? Or alternatively, what names would you give your future children assuming you will be allowed to make that decision (which most likely won't be us, fellas)

 

boy: Michael or Patrick

Michael is an all-around solid name. It's my godfather's name and I have a couple friends named Mike. I like Patrick too. James would be distant third choice for me.

 

girl: Alexandra or Elizabeth

I like Alexandra a lot because I think Lexi is a very adorable nickname. Elizabeth is also a cute name and is very versatile when it comes to nicknames.

For a boy, I really like the name William Robert. Sounds great, right? That is, until you notice it is "Billy Bob".

 

As for a girl name, if I ever have a daughter, I'm naming her Sacomoponycam Hogglesmognazl. No need for an explanation there I think.

EDIT: Ha ha, looking back I feel pretty pathetic. Here are the reasons I chose those names: Steve Rodgers (Captain America), Tony Stark (Iron Man), Bruce Banner (The Incredible Hulk), and Peter Parker (Spiderman). The rest were all of The Beatles except for Ringo...

 

For the girls it was really just names that stuck out and an awkward joke towards Pinkazoid.

Travis (I like this name and it reminds me of Pastrana and Barker)

Billie (because of Billie Joe Armstrong)

Chris (One of my bf's name)

Jesse (I just like this one)

Lea (I like short names)

Jordan (sounds awesome)

Tia (Celestia reference and it sounds cute)

I love the name Drake. Mostly just because of the relation to dragons. Will and Alex are both solid and good names for a guy.

Brynhildr is certainly my favorite name for a girl though. Can't believe none of you have mentioned that one yet.
