My critique:

• The eyes are lifeless, you should try to fix them up and give Pinkie the usual fun look in her eyes.
• The head is misshapen, not the usual Pinkie Pie head.
• Her ear does not look like an ear, rather a horn.
• Her nose has an awkward tilt upwards.
• Her body looks like a giant jelly bean. Her neck is odly bulged out, her belly is bulged too low, and her flank is not round enough and rounds to steeply.
• Her hooves are very flat, they need to be rounded a bit more.
• Her backleg... you made it too sharp of an intake, she looks as if her leg ate part of her flank.
• Her mane is not that bad, just needs a lot more practice to give it the Pinkie look.
• Her tail is the same as the mane, needs more practice.
• Her cutie mark is way too big for the flank you drew. Either make her flank bigger, or the cutie mark way smaller.

It feels like you rushed this one. I liked your Twilight Sparkle much more, I would honestly say practice more on the Pinkie Pie style.
