Seems like we have a Dashie recolouring over here...with a horn. Yay! That's quite a sharp horn though.
But it's cool. ^^ I like the Cutie mark too.

Looking good, some suggestions:
-Consider changing the outlines for mane & tail to the hue of the medium purple used
-the rainbow colours in the cutiemark are a bit too intense, maybe change them to a purple rainbow

Her cute mark is a rainbow and a heart-paw because it has to do with my fox OC, which has heart shaped pawprints and likes rainbows ^.^

She's very cute Looks a lot like Rainbow Dash Though she's an alicorn - make her have a defined personality and that won't matter (Most of the alicorn OCs I see aren't that great, but yours seems different!)

I did draw her! probably looks re-coloured cause I used line/curve tool on paint tool sai. xD

She looks like a innocent, yet capable fighter!
