Hello Sir/Madame.

You have been selected due to your combat, military, or magical skills to take part in the annual fighting tournament. If you chose to participate, please show up at the New York docks by 8 am sharp. The ship will be leaving at 8:30 am.

Once contestants arrive you will all be able to choose a team if you haven't already in this letter, and when there are a minimum members for each, the tournament will begin.

You will be able to discover vast lands and new places and travel the world while competing in a exciting tournament.

The winners will each be given the prize of whatever their heart desires.

If you already have found a team you desire, please fill in here and send the letter back to the return address.

Probably not, but maybe.
You could i guess make a character like that anthro looking tiger guy from tekken. So yeah i guess so.

Yeah he can. Weapons are fine for now. But nothing too over the top like large machine guns or something like that. More like swords and stuff.

That will be fine. As protection that is allowed, and in some fights it might be too.
