I'm really looking forward to it. I played San Andreas a lot and I really liked the soundtrack with Soundgarden, Alice in Chains and N.W.A. Anypony else excited?

Honestly, no. GTA got really burnt out by the time San Andreas came out. I am interested to see what direction it takes but not so interested in playing any more GTAs.

To be honest the same could be said with MW3. Black Ops was good MW3 looks like garbage. And COD fanboys really annoy me.

I am very excited for the release of Grand Theft Auto V. Me and my buddies always play Grand Theft Auto IV online, it never gets old running over people and having a good old laugh.

Arma 3 in my opinion is the only game that is coming out fresh and original. It also a million times better than your average FPS like COD or Battlefield...

I hope its good, because I am waiting for it. the thing is, for me, the multiplayer got really repetitive, It was really boring after a while :|

Only If Rockstar would fix up GTA IV servers... in which they clearly don't, sadly. ;_;

As for GTA V, I might pick it up, but Rockstar needs to have cheats that include aggressive AI, riot mode, and whatever ridiculous stuff they can put up just like in GTA: San Andreas. Otherwise, its not fun without cheats. And no, I don't use cheats unless I complete all the storyline missions.

Speaking of missions, they also need to bring back side missions, such as taxicab missions, pizza boy delivery, vigilante missions (GTA IV was SO hard, I end up getting killed a few times, even with my full armor), etc etc. Oh, and they should refrain from adding unnecessary stuff, such as pool, arcades, bowling and darts, that are supposed to be 100% completion-wise. I'd rather have fun than to try and bother get the 100% completion by doing stuff that's supposed to be meant for fun and not some serious task.

Also, crashes in GTA V should be a bit more realistic, like bumpers falling off instead of constantly dangling there, regardless on the impact of the crash, including dirt/mud staining your car, as well as buying properties/houses so you could store more vehicles in there, vehicle customization (seriously, SR3 has it, why not put in GTA V as well?) for your cars (e.g. increase performance, adding bodywork and liveries), more clothing options to purchase, more accessible buildings, and more powerful weapons (the weapons in GTA IV are relatively weak, in my honest opinion).

Forgive me if it's a bit too much, though I think Rockstar shouldn't just rely on realism only. They should add more humorous stuff GTA IV doesn't have. Oh, and they should also add dedicated servers, since GTA IV servers are pretty bland as you get disconnected for no reason (and no, its not your internet's fault, its the servers themselves). Oh, and they should also bring back the Rhino tank! That vehicle was so fun to run over vehicles, not just shoot it, and yes, they do have an APC in GTA IV: TBoGT, but it lacks the same feeling as the Rhino tank from past GTA games.

They really need to bring the frickin' Rhino. They also need to bring back the Hunter. The Annihalator just isn't as good as the Hunter -.- As seen on the trailer they will bring back the Hydra. It would be nice if they brought back all the good cheats from SA like the bulletproof cars, cars fly, super punch, etc. They seriously need to bring back the minigun and flamethrower it's just not the same.

But the GTA franchise is not a first person shooter. The Grand Theft Auto franchise has been a series of sandbox games in which you jack cars, kill people, fly helicopters, ride bikes, run from the cops etc. The GTA franchise has existed long before CoD or battlefield or most other shooter franchises.

Actually, GTA IV did have a feature which made dirt appear on your car when driving off road, and when you run people over you get a nice blood stain right on your hood. And they will most likely have many of the features that were in San Andreas, since it takes place in the same city. When the game comes out I will head right over to Grove Street and see if they have any kind of easter egg there.

Not really. GTA got really old to me after a bit with the fourth one. It's basically just the same stuff with each game. That gets really stale after a while.

I like GTA, it's just that each storyline is basically the same.

In GTA III, you're Claude, who has escaped prison and is living normal until he gets caught up in crime again.

In GTA IV, you're Nico Bellic, who has come to America to escape his past and live the American dream, but get's caught up in crime again unwillingly.

In GTA V, you're the guy from GTA Vice City, and you want to turn your life around. So you settle down, but then get caught up in crime again.

I got introduced to the series with San Andreas, and I live in Los Angeles, so yes. GTA IV was fun, but I didn't even spend a 10th the amount of time I wasted on San Andreas.

Part of that was due to the smaller location, and part of that was due to the lack of insanity that San Andreas offered. Hopefully we'll see both in GTA V.

I dont care to much about games no more, but for San Andreas with modern graphics and engine? I will most defenitly make an exception! (Although it will probably be the last new game I ever buy)

Only time will tell. i find the line between reality and game is becoming harder and harder to distinguish.

I hope to get Grand Theft Auto V. I played Grand Theft Auto IV, and it was fantastic. It'll be nice to play another Grand Theft Auto game, as I haven't played one in a couple years.

I like GTA IV as well, but when it comes to online multiplayer, you're more likely to be disconnected for seemingly no reason because R* did not even bother to fix up the server or players kick you out from the server for apparently no reason (I have a feeling that most players are from the Middle East, like Saudi Arabia; no offense), which would piss you off. <_<

I loved Grand Theft Auto IV and the multilayer(even though some complain about it.) I can not wait for GTA V to come out, as long as it's not pushed to the next systems.
