Well being Russian I have pretty awful English pronunciation because my accent is EXTREMELY thick.

I Pronounce "w" as "v" and "e" as "y". I tend to trill my "R's" as well.

I also have "bad" grammar in some situations because I forget the translations a lot.

Well I don't really have an accent, unless you count a bit of country in me :D. I don't really have a speech impediment really. I mean theres a few words I just can't say, but I think most people have those things. And I've had a few times where my tongue just gets twisted.

And I am quite a rambler sometimes. Honestly even if I don't talk very much being shy, when I do I think i tend to bore people kinda when I just totally get off on something random and unnecessary.

And don't feel like you shouldn't stop talking! Nothing wrong with not being able to say words sometimes, everybody has little problems and big problems to deal with, your no exception :).

Yeah, I agree. Not like I could ever manage not talking. Speech is my pride and joy. I LOVE TO TALK! So, yeah. I was just kidding about not talking.

Some people would say I have a Southern (New Orleanian) accent, but some people, like my Senior Naval Science Instructor, have said that I don't have any kind of detectable accent. I can also produce several artificial accents, like Irish, Australian, country, and several regional British and Scottish accents

Words I CAN say but others can't seem to: Apocalyptic, chaotic, uncomfortable, abominable ( more words I can't think of)

A lot of the kids I have classes with cant say those words.

Everybody has an accent. There is no such thing as "no accent." If you are American, you will have an American accent that differs on your particular region.

Also, I have an English accent. Within Britain there are a few different countries and they all sound very different. :)

I can say all those words pretty easy, hardest to say is Apocalyptic, I might screw that one up in a normal casual conversation.

I can't think of any of the words I can't normally say, i've had some that I can say somedays and somedays not :P. I think its probably got to do with how I try to speak fast sometimes and sometimes I just kinda speak normal speed.(Consistency is not my forte :P.)

However I have had a few words that I use to pronounce differently or incorrectly, probably due to being homeschooled for the first majority of my life.

And yeah this is a great example of me getting off topic and rambling :P. Infact this could go on for like forever if I didn't watch myself Xd. I can be quite talkitive for a shy person and..

Gah there I go again Xd

I have multiple accents. My accent changes through conversations. Usually it is Canadian/american (Mixture.) But if I am in a certain mood it will change. Like when were doing a team game (usually paintball/snowball fighting.) My accent will go Scottish. If I am drunk it goes Irish apparently and if I am really excited I go into a mixture of German + Russian. And many more.....

When I'm talking my s's start sounding like th's, and my th's sound like s's. It makes singing sort of difficult, but I found a way. I have an Indianian accent...

Well, I'm french canadian, so I do have a pretty bad accent (It's not as bad as others I've heard though, I do speak english with a casual tone so the accent doesn't come out as much as with other people).

A weird habit that I have is that my vocabulary is somewhat british, and I use the british pronounciation and/or spelling for certain words. I also stutter a bit, although not enough to be a real problem.

Exactly I was going to actually mention this, I know that being an American people who have different accents sound like they have an accent, and I even have people I know in the Northern parts of America who speak with an accent to me, and we're both American to!

So yeah I think that the No accent should more or less be replaced with American, but whatever :) its cool.

Since I grew up in Germany I have a somewhat German accent. I wouldn't have even known that if hadn't been told so though. I always thought I had no accent. It's far from a proper and typical German accent but still recognizable by English speaking people.Although I can pronounce a proper "R", it has to be rolled in English. Because that's not the case in German I mess it up a number of times.I sometimes go off-topic in conversations, but only when I have a good reason to do so. Normally that's not the case.Oh yeah I forgot to mention: I talk very fast. Too fast for most people. Combine that with some mumbling and anyone who doesn't know me well yet will have massive problems even understanding me.

Well I don't sound to myself like I have an accent but I know I do. If I heard you speak I would hear your accent loud and clear, as it's very different to mine. The word accent means the way you pronounce words based on your geographical region so everybody (or everypony) definitely has one. Even within "American" there are many, many sub-regions of different sounding accents. I personally love southern accents, I met a lady in Florida who was from Jacksonville and I could have listened to her talk all day. Where are you from?

I have an accent from the Midwestern states of the United States. Basically, my a's are long, and my speech is kind of nasally. I have a minor speech impediment. I stutter from time to time. Nothing major though, but I went to speech therapy for a few years to fix it. I don't always digress in conversation, but when I do, it's because the conversation doesn't interest me.

Yeah I know how that is, I didn't understand that concept of accents at first, then i spoke to some people from like england that are at my school and they though we sounded like we had an accent.

I'm from Lousianna, but to be honest I don't have the most heavy accent ever. Sometimes I get a accent that kinda comes out, but I don't really do a whole lot of countryish accents.

Although i do say Y'all alot :P. I've heard quite alot of much heavier accents then mine, plus most of Lousianna's accents are actually more Cajun then anything.

Louisianna! I bet you sound lovely, that's a far more interesting accent than mine. I love accents like yours, I could seriously just ask people from there for the time just to hear them talk.

Well I personally think I sound hideous Xd. I don't know how much of the accent I inherited, but I always seem to feel like I don't have a heavy accent really. If much at all.

Might have to do with being somewhat isolated for most of the first portion of my life in homeschooling :P. Still I guess compared to people who aren't from the south I have an accent, if only a little bit.

Lets just say I don't think I can compare to how much of an accent AJ has :P.

Mexican/Spanish accent, I know it's not that bad but once I get self-conscious, it just takes control over my speech. Makes my mouth heavy and everything comes out with a thick accent. Still, most of the time I sound like a native English speaker.
