Is there a particular dance style you love? One you can dance, or just love to watch others preform? There's all sorts of reasons why I love to dance. They can express feelings and it's a great way to burn some energy! I'm not talking DDR here. This thread is about the Styles you love and why!

Out of all the Styles I know, The one I love to Dance is Jump Style, A dance that's great for Hardstyle music, Brony music, and just dance in general! Just throw me a beat and I'll lose it! xD

My favorite song to dance to is Stamp on the ground - Italobrothers. How can you not love this? xD

I dont know if fire spinning counts but if it does...That's my favorite. If not, I LOVE THE SHUFFLE.   And I have seen the jump style dance and I totally agree...Its awesome

for me, i love pretty much any dance style, i enjoy watching hip hop the most  though, some jazz is pretty cool. oh, and belly dancing. pretty much everything

I BUCKING LOVE this song! Seriously 5 times out of 10 this is what is playing on my mp3 player. The video was kind weird, though it's always good to see half dress girls splashing around in water filled hotel rooms. As for dance, I have about as much rythem as a rock. But I do enjoy watching others who know what they're doing.

I can't resist this song a lot of the time! I have to try and restrain myself from listening to it sometimes. Because I'm scared if I listen to it to much, I'll kill it for me. Glad to see someone with awesome taste. :3

I used to attend Street Dance classes when I was younger. I performed once In a London West End theater, but didn't enjoy it much so I never took any further.

 

I like watching river dancers and tap dancers sometimes, they're amazing.   

 

I only really dance if I go clubbing, and it's usually either Industrial dancing or swaying about to Goth music.

 

 

 

Wait, does headbanging count as dancing? Because I do that when I go to Metal gigs.

Hmm, there's not any style I love...I like to dance, I just don't enjoy watching other people dance.

My definition of dance, for the record, is pretty much flailing my arms around, so I'm not the definitive on this subject. :P

XD Yeah! I used to love flailing my arms like a lunatic when I was a kid. I do it sometimes when no ones watching and if I'm REALLY hyper off Soda. xP

Depends on the song style I can do a little bit with Jazz (working on getting a solo charlston type video up sometime) and I can also Swing. 

Otherwise I can dubstep, though most of that has to do with waves, im not really all that good but im getting better. (youtube is in the sig if you want to see)

 

Though i love watching tutting style (not very good myself)

I am a Hip Hop dancer but I enjoy dancing alot to Kpop music as I want to be a dancer or singer under either YG Entertainment or SM Town :D 

 

I enjoy doing this dance over and over also I can do come dances by girls too  including Gee form Girls Generation but I stick to hard ones like I & U by IU and SHINee's Sherlock

Well if i have a partner I love to dance salsa, I have some friends that have teach me some stuff so while im not THAT good, I can coordinate some steps.

If is more club crazy party style I would go with random steps and stupid stuff.

I myself practice the melbourne shuffle, DnB step, C-walk and Tektonik. I'm still trying to learn popping and locking, even though it's getting better and better it is not the level I want it to be.

My favorite dance style to watch is tap dancing. that ish is divine. Gene Kelly is one of my heroes. My favorite dance style to dance to is either Mosh-pitting or a simple crossing of the arms and moving my head to the beat

Dancing... okay, I love it, but I am not to good at it...

I started breakdancing, but didn´t ever get further than the first moves because of studys and other kind of training.. I still enjoy hip-hope a lot as "dancing" music.

On the other hands I am just happy when I´m at the club with my friends and just go with the flow of the music/ the beat of the most electronic/ house-music.

I have to go with Jumpstyle, and I do love Stamp on the ground too, though my favorite Italobrothers song is Radio Hardcore, though the video is still out of the ordinary.

 

 

While I am at it, here is a jumpstyle meet in Germany.

I am also a ballet dancer, I've been doing ballet for about 12 years now. I would really love to branch out and do some jazz and modern dance. I've done a little of those but want to do more. Also, I am currently in the musical Pippin which was choreographed by Bob Fosse. His style of dance is incredibly fun and looks really cool too. I also love the type of dancing that Michael Jackson more or less invented...major props to people who can dance like that because it is NOT EASY.
